Our Apron Up Cooking Class has been gaining popularity through years in giving people an intensive and interesting lessons. People who come to us can be experts who want to open Vietnamese restaurant back home or a person who never cook before but want to be able to eat delicious Viet food when they have to come back after vacation. Our school locates right in the centre of the old quarter so very easy to access and hence, after the market tour in the biggest market in Hanoi which is right near the old quarter, you can also know where to buy what in the rest of your trip here. Within only 3 - 4 hours, you get to learn about the ingredients ( spices and Vietnamese produces), get your hands on cooking a whole meal of the most popular and authentic 5 dishes in Hanoi (or its vegetarian version for vegetarian attendants, enjoying your fruits of labour and try Vietnamese rice wine together with your classmates, receiving a cook booklet and certificate!

Such an amazing experience! Our teacher today, Hailey, did such an amazing job, so pleasant and patient with us in teaching the food. When I ate the food we prepared, specially Pho, I couldn’t believe we made it in such a short time - it was soo good! Egg coffee making was a plus. Highly recommended to anyone passionate about food and coffee in Hanoi!

An incredible experience with Lynn, with whom we were able to discover how the Vietnamese do their shopping. She was very available to answer our questions and made us feel at ease, especially with a very good level of English. We discovered step by step each dish that we tasted at the end. A little tip: do not eat breakfast because the meal is very hearty. We are leaving with plenty of memories and enough to recreate these dishes at home.😁 Thanks again Lynn!
