Description
This experience has been gaining popularity through years in giving people an intensive and interesting lessons. People who come to us can be experts who want to open Vietnamese restaurant back home or a person who never cook before but want to be able to eat delicious Viet food when they have to come back after vacation. Our school locates right in the Centre of the old quarter so very easy to access hence, after the market tour in the biggest market in Hanoi which is right near the old quarter, you can also know where to buy what in the rest of your trip here. Within only 3 - 4 hours, you get to learn about the ingredients ( spices and Vietnamese produces), get your hands on cooking a whole meal of the most popular and authentic 5 dishes in Hanoi (or its vegetarian version for vegetarian attendants), enjoying your fruits of labor and try Vietnamese rice wine together with your classmates, receiving a cook booklet and certificate!

Definetely a relaxing experience even for a beginner
Vy explains every step and guided us with a lot of patience. I have also appreciated that she was open to discuss various topics so I had the cacnce to find out a lot of Vietnamese people.

Learning how to make delicious vietnamese food
We had a wonderful time cooking and chatting with Hailey. We learned a lot about how vietnamese food is prepared and then got to taste how delicious our labor was in the end. We cooked Banh Xeo, Soup, Beef rolls, Chicken Salad and Egg Coffee. Everything turned out delicious thanks to Haileys easy to follow instructions!

It was a wonderful Event. Our teacher Hailey explained all very detailed, so easy for everyone to follow. One the market every question was answered. A Great experience and a wonderful cooking time. I can highly recommened the cooking course.

Cooking class
We had such a great experience at this cooking class! The instructor was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. We learned how to prepare several local dishes and really enjoyed the whole process. The ingredients were fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and the food we made was delicious. It was a lovely activity for couples and also a great way to learn more about the local culture. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Amazing cooking class
We did the 3 hour class and it was so fun we cooked all the dishes and got to experience all the Vietnamese food. Hailey was our guide and was so kind and helped us understand Vietnamese culture and cuisine
