Half Day Whale Watching in a Small Shared Group

The excursion was great! The experience is authentic in a traditional fishing boat. The crew is super nice and very attentive. (Thanks again Mauruuru for the tasting of the best pineapple of our lives 😘). The approach to the whales is very responsible, instructions are given to absolutely not force contact, and it is truly pleasant to operate in this way. Thanks to the team, we were able to have sightings on the boat and a great water entry with a whale and her calf, the best moment of our lives underwater, and yet we have logged quite a few dives 😍 Mauruuru to everyone, you are the best!

I had already done another one in Moorea and I can speak from experience. This excursion from Tahiti was truly incredible. It far exceeded my expectations. We saw them from all angles by air and water and even heard their songs. The guide was fantastic and he and the captain know very well how to do what they do. We saw the whale's famous leaps into the air several times!!!! And swimming majestically out at sea. He made us listen to their sound or song!!! And we saw them underwater many times, super close, mother and calf. It was more than we dreamed of!!!! I recommend this excursion from Tahiti for having been so complete and majestic.

We went on two whale swim tours and this one was BY FAR the better experience, better guides, more educational, and overall magical. Would 10/10 go again and recommend to anyone. Got to swim with Mom and Baby 3x as we were so fortunate to find whales first thing, which we hear doesn't happen often.

Solène and Andy gave us an incredible experience! We were lucky to be up and close with a female whale and her calf, amazing. Definitely the highlight of our trip!! Our crew prepared us, lots of interesting info, and kept our small group safe. Andy was always on the lookout, we had a pod of dolphins swim by us! Highly recommend!

Excellent afternoon out on the ocean! We saw whales and got some great underwater photos. Truly a magical experience with a very friendly and accommodating crew of two. They had wetsuits fins masks and snorkels for us all, so no worries about bringing your own stuff unless you already have it with you. They speak English and French. Sorry don't have underwater photos to share.

Incredible experience! You never know what you will see when you book these things. You hope to see whales but understand nature will do its thing regardless. We were blessed to not only see one whale, but to swim above it and feel its whale song vibrate through us. We also got to see another whale, a huge pod of dolphins, sea turtles, and a jellyfish. The guides were incredible and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped track the whale and ensured we had a positive experience. Would do this tour again.

Excellent day out and a number of whales spotted. Team was kind enough to drop us back in Papeete by boat at the end of the day. Excellent value for money.

Great day out on the water. Our Captain Andy and guide JB were fabulous. They were considerate to all the passengers and made sure everyone was looked after.
