Quintessential Dublin tour

Richard was our guide and was fantastic! He provided detailed historical context mixed with a wry sense of humour. We definitely recommend this tour!

Operator response

Richard has a real gift for that balance—weaving Dublin's layered history with genuine warmth and wit. The Guinness Storehouse, Irish Whiskey Experience, and Brazen Head tour is packed with stories, and when a guide brings both knowledge and personality like Richard did, it transforms the experience into something memorable. That's exactly what LetzGo City Tours is built around. Thank you for choosing us!

Our tour guide was...

Our tour guide was wonderful - did a great job of giving us the highlights and guiding us thru the Guiness Storehouse (which would have been maddeningly overwhelming otherwise) and taking us on a cocktail mixing / tasting class at Roe and Co. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed meeting the other attendees and having time to chat.

Worthwhile program item for a trip to Dublin

It was definitely fun! The fact that the meeting point was not IN the pub, but across the street, was printed too small; but we figured it out in time. Our guide Alan was great! He told us many interesting things in a very entertaining way and took us with great dedication through the Storehouse, past the Brazen Head, and to the Jameson Distillery. And with the crowds of people, we were actually very glad not to have to wait in line. Overall not exactly cheap, but a recommended daily program!

Operator response

A1 tour with Simon. A must do tour.

Simon was awesome, made the whole trip a lovely experience. Great to get through the crowds at the Storehouse. VIP speed. Simon looked after the whole thing and got us to where we needed to be. The distillery tour was really good and having a go at making a cocktail was really fun. Great staff and well worth the visit. Simon is a first class guide and went well beyond his brief to answer our questions. He’s a credit to your company and the fine city of Dublin. Thank you!

Operator response

Simon clearly has that rare ability to navigate Dublin's busiest attractions while keeping the experience personal and fun—getting you through the Storehouse crowds, handling the Irish Whiskey Experience, and then that cocktail-making moment at Brazen Head shows exactly why the Guinness Storehouse, Irish Whiskey Experience and Brazen Head tour works so well. His willingness to go beyond the standard script and answer your questions in depth is the hallmark of what LetzGo City Tours stands for. Thank you for choosing us!

Very rushed at the Guinness

The guide was very professional and was very attentive at all times, what I didn't like were two things: the first was that everything was very fast at the Guinness, I would have liked to spend more time and the second is that they didn't let two of my children into the whiskey factory because they were minors, in any case, they shouldn't have let me purchase this tour from the beginning and thus not leave two of my children waiting for an hour sitting while we did the tour. That part I did see as wrong on your part as tour operators

Operator response

Guinness Storehouse Tour in Dublin

Neil did a good job! Very knowledgeable.

Operator response

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for this great review! We’re delighted Neil’s knowledge made such a strong impression on your Guinness Storehouse, Irish Whiskey Experience and Brazen Head Tour. Combining Dublin’s two most iconic drinks with a visit to the historic Brazen Head, Ireland’s oldest pub, gives guests a genuinely rounded taste of the city’s brewing and distilling heritage in one afternoon — and it’s great to hear Neil brought that story to life so well. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to welcome you back on another LetzGo City Tours experience in Dublin, Paris or London soon. Warm regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team

very long walking between...

very long walking between venues which was not really mentioned in the description of the tour The Stonehouse was uncomfortably hot

Operator response

Dear B5205ACtjb, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed Richard's company and found his knowledge of Dublin informative. We will be sure to pass your kind comments on to him. We're sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, we do respectfully disagree with your assessment of the tour. One of the many benefits of our experience is that it includes reserved entry tickets to both the Jameson Distillery and the Guinness Storehouse, allowing guests to maximise their valuable vacation time rather than spending it waiting in admission lines. Combined with a professionally guided walking tour through Dublin's historic Liberties, expert storytelling, and admission to two of Ireland's most iconic visitor attractions, this experience offers far more than simply a tasting. This tour includes: Reserved entry to both the Jameson Distillery and the Guinness Storehouse, helping guests avoid unnecessary queues. A professional local guide who brings Dublin's fascinating history to life. A guided walking tour through the historic Liberties, one of Dublin's oldest and most characterful neighbourhoods. Stories of Ireland's whiskey and brewing heritage and the people who built these world-famous brands. A visit to the historic Brazen Head, Ireland's oldest pub. The official Jameson Distillery guided experience, including a comparative whiskey tasting led by Jameson ambassadors. Admission to the Guinness Storehouse, where guests enjoy seven floors of immersive exhibits before finishing with a complimentary pint in the spectacular Gravity Bar overlooking Dublin. Local recommendations, hidden gems, and insights from an experienced Dublin guide throughout the experience. The Jameson Distillery and Guinness Storehouse are internationally recognised visitor experiences. They are designed to showcase the history, craftsmanship, and heritage of these iconic Irish brands rather than functioning as active production-facility tours. We're incredibly proud that this tour has welcomed tens of thousands of guests, has earned thousands of outstanding 5-star reviews, and is consistently recognised as one of Dublin's highest-rated and most awarded tour experiences. While we appreciate that every traveller has different expectations, the overwhelming feedback from our guests reflects the exceptional quality and value of the experience we provide. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we wish you the very best with the rest of your travels. Kind regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team
