Description
You can skip the additional transport time and cost required for other snowshoe tours. Here, the excitement begins right away! The trek starts conveniently at the Fjellheisen cable car, a short walk from many popular locations. The meeting point is easily accessible by via a short ride with city bus, taxi, uber or shuttle bus to the cable car station, or a 30-40 minute walk from the city center. This tour is limited to a small group size of four or less for a more personal experience and more attentive guide. It's even possible for a group to choose a specific route depending on scenery preference and difficulty level (easy or moderate). Keep an eye out for wildlife! There are foxes, hares, ptarmigan and eagles in these forests. Reindeer have also been spotted! Have any questions about the local wildlife, culture or history? Just ask your knowledgeable guide! The tour also includes a traditional 'lefse' pastry snack and a warm drink for you to enjoy.
