Darryl was great and very informative. He was funny and had good recommendations. The cruise tour guide was very good and knowledgeable as well. My friend lost a Christmas ornament she had just purchased and the bar staff made calls to their company and the bus tour company to find it- which they did! Thanks go above and beyond!!
Well worth it! Our driver and our guide was great! Thanks Darrel! The riverboat ride also had a great tour guide!
First off ‘Get Your Guide’ was a fantastic experience in booking and the communication was spot on! The bus tour was very enjoyable and our tour guide Michelle was phenomenal, her delivery of her knowledge of the area was top notch and she had a personality to match, we loved her sense of humour. The boat trip was most enjoyable and again informative and well delivered by the tour guide. Overall we would recommend these tours to anyone visiting Memphis and felt it was good value for money and a day well spent.
We should have done the first part of the tour on our own. Our tour guide, Daryl, was rude and boring.
Great day out enjoyed by all. We would highly recommend
Ok hotel was too far away from events downtown. Reservationist never informed me.
Very informative, well educated and engaging guides. We enjoyed meeting other tourists and and learning about Memphis history.
The River Cruise we did was the last thing but the best thing! The commentator was very knowledgeable and gave music history of Memphis as well as Mississippi history. He played examples of the music he mentioned. Michelle was an awesome tour guide and was always on time at pick ups and it was nice to be able to meet her at the Welcome center since we were not in a hotel. Having choices of activities was a plus because we had already been to Graceland several times so we picked the cruise and Beale street to spend more time on those. MIchelle was witty and knowledgeable plus told some specific stories that emphasized some of the sites we drove by. Though not an in depth tour it gave us a good underpinning of knowledge and appreciation for the city of Memphis! Would definitely recommend it to the newbie visitor!!
Sam was our host and he was wonderful, funny, knowledgeable and kind!! He has real life experience with the famous people of Memphis which added so much to your!
Very nice tour with a great tour guide
