Guided Memphis City Tour that includes Riverboat Cruise

Our tour guide, Michelle, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She knew lots of things about the city and could answer any questions we had. We had plenty of time for lunch on Beale Street before the boat cruise.

Great Tour guide on the tour bus and on the boat. Very entertaining and informative.

It provides a good overview of Memphis history in a short period of time. Nice riverboat cruise and very good commentary

We were picked up at our hotel, the driver came 5 minutes early, comfy shuttle bus, the best part was going to the Peabody hotel and seeing the duck march! Our driver was very knowledgable and professional. Shown sights of the area, let out for hour and half lunch on Beale St,driven to boat ride, long walk from shuttle to paddle boat ride with up and down steps, normally would be ok but it was a 100 degree day! Given ride back to our hotel, long day but better than driving or walking in that heat!! Learned a lot of Memphis history!

Absolutely the worse experience in all of my Viator tours. We were told the boat captain was sick do they canceled the boat ride. We were told the tour was going to be fir approximately 6 1/2 hours and it lasted 2 1/2 hours. We were picked at our hotel at 8:30 and we were back at 2:15 after 1 1/2 picking people from hotels for other tours and 1 1/2 hours taking them back A complete disaster and a very bad experience to go through in our vacation We scheduled another tour from Viator if it turns out like this horrible experience we don't know if we ever fo another tour with Viator. We had done many in EUROPE with no problems

Pick up on time. Michelle was our tour guide and fabulous !! Great overview of the city . Bus was gloriously air conditioned in 96 degree heat River boat cruise was and adventure to get to and to leave. It’s down a very steep hill partly uneven cobblestone an incline with steps. Not really much to see but fellow gave a great historical dialogue. Overall did enjoy it.

The City tour was the best with Sam, he’s a wealth of knowledge about Memphis, went by St Jude’s , hospital no longer allows tour of the museum, Peabody ducks were neat but crowded, well worth the money and the 20(?) passenger bus was air conditioned, it was 🥵. The river cruise was ok, enclosed area was supposed to be air conditioned, doubts on that. Would definitely recommend the city tour with Sam, funny guy and he knew good places to eat. Stay in a downtown hotel, website will show a list and they will pick you up at the door. Look there before you book the tour so you know

The food was awful and the band was not good. The staff were all very friendly and did a great job. The views of the Mississippi River and the bridge all lit up were cool but not worth $50/pp for inedible food.

Been to Memphis many times to visit Grandparents, but never as a tourist. Enjoyed this tour immensely. Darrel did a great job of pointing out and explaining many sites. Was on time for pick ups. Peabody duck parade was an unexpected delight. Bus was roomy and comfortable. River boat tour was great as well. Tour was well worth the time and money.

Darryl was great and very informative. He was funny and had good recommendations. The cruise tour guide was very good and knowledgeable as well. My friend lost a Christmas ornament she had just purchased and the bar staff made calls to their company and the bus tour company to find it- which they did! Thanks go above and beyond!!
