We could not get the Viator tickets to download so we can have a PDF for the museum to scan. They were nice enough to let us in anyways. A bit frustrating working with viator. The museum was amazing and the exhibits are fabulous. We highly recommend.
We couldn't open the ticket that was emailed to us, the museum wouldn't allow us in with the voucher. We tried to call both numbers in the email but one wasn't a valid number and got no answer on the other number. In the end we had no choice but to buy tickets at the museum. So a waste of money all round as viator have taken our money and not provided us with a ticket.
Sending vouchers for this museum is misleading and a distraction. Only the email with tickets used
I liked to receive the reminderband tickets before my visit
nothing at all, that is totally unuseful! we never get a valid ticket nevertheless the many steps....

An experience to absolutely live. The audio guide is perfect for understanding and admiring the exhibited works and the building's architecture. Highly recommended.
I visited the museum for the first time, This was my first visit to Bilbao. I learnt about an important artist called Ruth Asawa. There was a whole exhibition dedicated to her work.
We booked admission to the Guggenheim in Bilbao. The day before the visit, we requested a date change due to travel management issues. We were offered the same day just a few hours later. We requested to be able to do it the following day. No refund and no possibility to take the tour the following day. We went to Bilbao and bought two tickets again directly from the museum, no problem, maximum availability.
Dear Guest, We would like to clarify that, as stated on the product page prior to booking, these museum entrance tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable once confirmed, in accordance with the venue's official ticket policy. Despite these clear conditions, our support team made an extra effort to assist you by offering an alternative time slot on your original date based on availability. However, due to system and venue constraints, shifting the reservation to a different day or issuing a refund was not possible. We always strive to be transparent regarding booking terms so our guests can plan accordingly, and we regret that your travel plans were impacted.
This museum is a must see place. It is fantastic. Both outside and inside are architectural wonders!
