Grand Oslo Ride E bike Experience

We had an awesome time on our e-bike tour. It was a great way to see the major sites in Oslo. Our tour guide Erica was very knowledgeable!

A great way to get to know Oslo city. We had a very informative tour guide. Strong, sturdy bikes and easy to use. Signs to the bicycle rental location would be helpful though.

Don’t book as the reviews stated below this is a no-show operation, currently standing at the door, rang the doorbell, no answer. Knocked on the office door., no answer, called the phone number, busy. reported, to Viator.

Bad weather will not necessarily cancel the tour. We contacted Viator first the day prior to the tour that weather alerts had storms moving into the area when the bike tour would be taking place, because it was inside the 24 hour window, no refund unless the tour operator cancelled. We messaged the tour operator and got no response. On the day of the tour the storms were present and we felt with the heavy rain and cold it was not safe to go, and again tried to find out if it was cancelled and got no response. We asked for a refund and have yet to hear anything two days later. I am not pleased with the response or the actions. Will not recommend any early bookings where weather may be a factor. Having other Viator excursions coming up and some quite costly, probably will rethink these.

No show from guide! Waited 40 minutes… called the number numerous times - no answer… huge disappointment! Hope the refund is quick to be sorted - for all booked on the tour!

Don’t do this wasted our day in Oslo . Very cross . 4 of waited & they didn’t turn up , did not answer phone calls 🥹🥹🥹🥹

We road by the majority of the things to see in the city. Israe gave us advice on place to visit and walk around. It was a great way to start our Oslo visit and become oriented with the city.

Starting with the positives, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she provided interesting historical insights at each stop. Now for the challenges with this tour. First, the meeting point was extremely difficult to find. We arrived by cruise ship, and it took us approximately 35 minutes to walk there. Once we reached the area, we still had trouble locating the exact meeting point, as it was situated down an alley with no signage. Had some helpful locals not reassured us that we were in the right place, we likely would have headed back to the ship because we genuinely thought the location didn’t exist. When our tour guide arrived, she opened a locked door where the bikes and helmets were stored. The setup felt a bit disorganized, but once everyone found a helmet that fit, we were on our way. One important recommendation: if you are at all timid or uncomfortable riding a bike, I would not recommend this tour. The route involved approximately 2.5 hours of city cycling alongside trains, trams, buses, cars, scooters, and pedestrians—essentially every type of city traffic imaginable. That said, we did see some interesting sites and appreciated the close-up access to locations that you simply wouldn’t be able to experience from a tour bus.

Canceled on us and it was the main activity we had planned for the day. We dropped by the location the day before and found 3 people waiting outside who just learned that were canceled for their tour that day. By the way, weather was fine both days

Wow-such a great tour. Our guide Indie was terrific. Saw so much of Osli we would have missed. Had a great day.
