Awesome Adventure
We had a very articulate, very knowledgeable and very impressive tour guide. He was also very accommodating and considerate to all our needs. He knew what to say and point out all the focal points for our tour. He showed us the grandest and most splendid views of the Grand Canyon. We had a blast taking pictures and we acted as one family - a couple from Alabama, a couple from Oklahoma, Lori and Kevin; a couple from Washington Karen and Larry; a couple from Ohio Keith and Cindy.
It was a very unforgettable experience coupled with the courtesy and service from Sheldon F.
We will definitely be back and look forward to having Shelton around, God willing.
Thank you for the experience.

Relaxing
It is a slow moving train where we could enjoy the amazing beauty of the area. There were options for drinks & snacks, although we never went back to that car, there was a lot of people coming & going from there. Just a relaxing way to get to the Grand Canyon.

Great canyon is...
Great canyon is magnificent, and Cat our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely worth it. But the train ride is meh. It took two and a half hour on the train to move from flagstaff to great canyon village, while driving you needs one hour less. This season there’s no wildlife to observe, so not recommended. Go for those drive only tours.

Moderate experience. Masterful Grand Canyon. Just drive it.
Tour guide was very informative but could have been friendlier. Train trip was a waste of time. Grand Canyon views made it all worthwhile.
Operator response
Dear Guest: A couple of quick things...This tour with this guide has a plethora of 5 Star reviews. We are surprised to receive your review. It is regrettable when the door-to-door service, driving, timing, the information from a professional guide, and the value of a professional tour are not acknowledged. We can agree that the views of the Grand Canyon are singular.
