Great tour and cheese workshop! If you enjoy local food and learning where it actually comes from, book this tour. The farm visit and cheese workshop were fantastic. Anabel was incredibly welcoming and we loved being able to participate instead of simply watching a demonstration. We also tasted some delicious local products and learned about traditional sea salt production with Manolo. Victor was an excellent guide and connected everything with the history and landscape of Gran Canaria. Probably the most authentic experience of our holiday.

Small group, no tourist traps and lots of genuinely interesting local experiences. Making cheese with Anabel was great fun (and eating it was even better 😄). Celeste was brilliant and made the whole day very easy and enjoyable. Would 100% do it again.

The visit to the farm was great. We were able to see how cheese is made and then make one ourselves, which was a lot of fun. The people there were also very friendly.

The service is excellent. Organized down to the smallest detail, the guys who accompanied us really live the place. You couldn't ask for better service to experience the island. Their stories about the island leave you enchanted. We will return for the next vacation in February.
This is already the 4th. tour that I have done with them. Both at the salt farm and at the cheese production, you learn something about traditional craftsmanship. You could almost call it a training course, and it was another special experience. It would certainly be suitable for families or groups looking for a slightly different experience. Although I am not entirely sure if the salt farm would bore children. If you don't exactly hate animals, the cheese-making with the farm is a real highlight. The rainforest tour is still my favorite, but every tour so far has been at a high level and worth the money. The fact that you should bring sturdy footwear and enough to drink is meant seriously. I was there on 09/23 and it was hot and dry.

We had already visited some of the main tourist attractions, so we wanted something more local. This tour was perfect. Celeste explained a lot about the landscape, history and traditions of the area, and the stops all felt connected rather than just random sightseeing. Making cheese with Anabel was the highlight for us. A great experience if you want to understand a little more about the real Gran Canaria.

One of the best experiences we had in Gran Canaria. It felt much more personal and authentic than a typical sightseeing tour. Victor was a fantastic guide, very friendly and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about the island along the way. The cheese workshop with Anabel was definitely a highlight. Meeting the goats, learning how the cheese is made and actually making our own was such a fun experience. We also loved visiting the salt pans with Manolo and hearing about a tradition we knew absolutely nothing about before coming here. A really well organised day and a great way to discover a different side of Gran Canaria.

We learned about the salt flats, explored the caves, and then visited a local farm, which was our favorite stop. Making cheese ourselves was super fun! 😂 We fed the animals and then tasted different cheeses and local products. We liked the tour a lot!
