With the travel organization of Ms. Marina Atef at Memphis Tours, we found a very competent consultant for our interests. The day trips in Cairo and the German-speaking tour guides were very well selected. Also, during the rest of the Nile cruise, everything worked out to our complete satisfaction. Tour guides, drivers, and all assignments were well planned. We felt safe and well throughout our entire stay in Egypt. My family was thrilled. Everything worked out great. This was a dream trip of a lifetime and Memphis was so spectacular in every way. My wife and I booked a private “luxury” tour with Memphis, which included Pyramids, museums, 4 day Nile cruise with Sonesta St George, Luxor, Aswan, Abu Simbel, and we also added on Alexandria day trip. In addition we did a 5 day Jordan tour through Memphis and its partner company. From the first steps of planning the trip with Marwa via email (who was wonderful) and our arrival in Cairo we knew we made a good choice with Memphis. Our tour manager Monica met us and was so kind and helpful bringing us through the arrival process and prepared us for the itinerary. Monica and all the other tour managers were amazing and always available for any needs/support throughout the trip. All our drivers and guides/egyptologist were excellent. Our guide Yasser was particularly incredible that we had for 4 day Nile cruise/Luxor/Aswan. This was a big trip for my wife and I and a long time dream, so investing into a company is a big step and we were more satisfied than ever expected. The company was very helpful to provide some customizations to the main itinerary and went out of it’s way to always make sure we were having the dream trip we hoped for. Do not hesitate to book with this company, we are so happy we did and will always cherish these memories! We just can’t wait to go back now, Egypt is a beautiful place!

Our tour was customized, we decided to visit Egypt and Jordan and the places of interest in each country. Memphis Tours organized all, very detailed and procuring 4 and 5 stars hotels only. We had the time of our lives, my dream to visit Egypt came true and my wife and I got to admire this beautiful country, its pyramids, the GEM, temples: Philae, Kom Ombo, Karnak, Luxor, Hapshetsup, Valley of the Kings, the Nile cruise, unforgettable experience!!! And at the end a pause of history a resort in Hurghada on the Red Sea. Jordan surprised us, very beautiful country as well and so many places to visit and of course Petra which is breathtaking, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Mont Nebo, Jesus baptize place, etc. We couldn't asked for better guides, we had the best: Farouk (Cairo), Mohamed (Nile cruise and Luxor), Oday in Jordan, very knowledgeable and professionals, Farouk is even a University professor in Cairo. Memphis Tours deserves a 5 star, we never were left alone and they secured our transportation and accommodations the whole time.

My husband and I just returned from an incredible trip to Egypt. We chose Memphis tour because of its great reputation, and it completely lived up to their stellar reputation. They delivered every promised detail. Our Nile cruise was unforgettable, featuring a wonderful crew, delicious food, and smooth sailing. Our stay in Cairo was great too. We were fortunate to have two outstanding tour leaders. Hassan Saadi managed our logistics seamlessly during our 5-day cruise from Luxor to Aswan. He is widely recognized and respected by his peers; his reputation precedes him. His engaging, charismatic personality made us feel welcome and kept us attentive and entertained while we learned about his country's rich culture and history. He has a deep passion for Egypt's history and shares his knowledge clearly and articulately; we learned so much about the temples, pharaohs, queens, and culture of the places we visited! He brought the history of Egypt to life. You will be lucky to have Hassan Saadi as your tour leader in Egypt. In Cairo, Ahmed Zaki took care of us. He is a veteran Egyptologist, specialized in pyramids constructions. At Giza and Saqqara, he expertly explained how they were made, provided great advice for navigating local vendors, and thoughtfully accommodated our physical limitations. We loved exploring the GEM Museum, Old Cairo, going inside the Step Pyramid, and Alexandria. We will miss our daily Turkish coffee stops, fabulous restaurants views and his generosity to poor people and those serving the public! Special kudos also to Mustafa Rafat, a wonderful young man who took fantastic care of us throughout our journey, helped getting our visas and arriving to the airports and hotels. Also, to Ahmed Hussen, our polite driver in Cairo, who was so skilled at navigating busy city traffic and highways wherever we went. Lastly, our thanks to Hytham Hesham, who, with his extreme patience, put together the tour schedule we wanted and accommodated our needs. Memphis Tours delivered the experience of a lifetime. This is the second time I’ve booked with Memphis Tour, and everything was perfect. A special thank you to our assistant, Attia, who looked after us exceptionally well from beginning to end with kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. I’d also like to thank our guide, who was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant by the Pyramids was wonderful, as was the restaurant in Khan el-Khalili. A big thank you as well to our driver. Driving in Cairo is no easy task, but he was very skilled and kind. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

A fantastic tour! Our guide Mo Salah and driver Zatona were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable in showing us around the pyramids and Saqqara. They made the experience seamless and gave us a day we will never forget. Do not hesitate to book with them!
