Your ghost tour of Rome will start with the dark tale of people executed for crimes they didn’t commit and the dungeons inside the Papal fortress. The tour continues along the dark streets away from the tourist track, to the piazzas that witnessed some of the most horrible crimes in history. Walk around the residence of a serial killer who poisoned over 600 men and learn about an executioner who executed half a thousand people over a long, 65-year career. Stop at the ancient prison where hundreds of women were tortured and executed and learn about the tools used to put people to death. Walk the street built to allow Pope Julius to visit his mistresses in privacy, and see the head-church of the Brotherhood of Death. Follow your passionate guide to the piazza without churches and from there to the place where thousands were burned alive.

Couldn’t say enough great thinsgs about Rebecca and our tour. Having been on the Coleseum tour with our kids the day before everyone found this tour fun, interesting, SPOOKY!, and fresh. The mix of stories and history while walking astound the neighborhood was delightful. Definitely our favorite tour of the trip thus far. Rebecca also brought downing rods to speak to the departed.
Fun and interesting ghost tour. Karen did a great job. The history, stories, divining of spirits, etc were very good, as was Karen’s English.
Rebecca was such a fun and informative guide. Although we had had a full day of sightseeing, Im glad my tired feet didn't stop me from going! What a great tour (and worth putting my sore feet through it!)

Our guide walked us to several spots to share stories of killings and death in Rome. Most were connected to the prison near the Vatican. Our guide was very knowledgeable but he was a little long winded.

Loved loved out tour guide! She was awesome! Such great history of the terrifying story of ghosts in Rome! Our experience was so cool with flickering lights and the witching tools! We had such a great time! Would definitely do it again! Very spooky!
