It was a very relaxing train ride. Mostly talked about the railroad in Gettysburg. The conductor and guide were very nice.
If you are just looking for a nice train ride experience, then it is great. If you want to see battlefields/historical sites, then you will be disappointed, as these were very limited on this ride. The train was comfortable and the ride WAS lovely, but no real history to speak of on this ride.
A little hard to hear the guide sometimes, but otherwise great.
Relaxing. A great time! Great for the whole family. Glad we booked this trip! Informative about Gettysburg
The train was very comfortable with cushy seats and big view windows. The train offered snacks. The guide was mostly narrated over a speaker system but our car had a person to answer questions. The ride was slow moving and relaxed.
Not much to see. Staff is good with nice cars.
Ride does not include views and travel near park. Only included views of farm land and wooded areas. Sears were comfortable and popcorn was very good.
It was a lovely, informative ride through the Gettysburg countryside. There is narration played giving information about the battle and the overall history of the area. The train is very comfortable and offers snacks and drinks for purchase in the concession car.
Did not care for the tour was hoping to see historical stuff and nothing but modern houses and fields, dissaponted
We thought we would be able to see things from the train, but you don't. Just a lot of trees and the back of people's houses. The train was clean and the staff friendly. There was a slight continuous waft of poop smell and we were far away from the bathroom so not sure what happened there.
