Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers

Firstly the meeting point address on the email and the meeting point are different so be careful! We walked for so long The emails received in advance are very confusing with lots of contradicting information. The audio guide uses a lot of data and is very glitchy as there is patchy signal in the Castle complex. It doesn't work very well if you close the page which makes it difficult to take photos and enjoy the sites and use the guide at the same time. We visited on Wenceslas Day and upon arrival the Cathedral had limited visiting hours and the royal palace was shut so we only saw half of the attractions. This was widley advertised at the Castle complex. This should have been communicated by the tour company prior to arrival to give us the option to change or cancel. Instead of a 4 hour walking tour, we had a 2 hour visit including a coffee stop. I wouldn't book again and left feeling underwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Great valué for money. Our guide was very clear and friendly. Audio guide works very well.

Easy to use and clear narrations

Overall the Castle tour is excellent and the ticket entry is easy. However, the e-guide requires mobile data and there is zero wifi anywhere in the castle. The emails from the tour operator are sent via TripAdvisor and are very confusing. As a result, we were not able to fully utilize the audio e-guide.

although a very rude ticket seller, not fit for her job, and the huge crowds almost ruined the whole experience, all in all we spent a very enjoyable, historical riddled couple of hours at the castle compounds.

We took the Prague Castle Get&Go self guided tour, our ticket included Entrance to St.Vitus Cathedral, Entrance to the Old Royal Palace, St.Georges Basilica, and Golden Lane. All these attractions were very good but the highlight was the “Changing of the Guard” which occurred at 12;00, the Audio Guide (on our mobiles) was ok, the content was good but the navigation of the guide was problematic. Overall a good day

It's a must-see in Prague. Although it can be done by Free Tour but thus you can enter the most important buildings. There is an initial explanation of approx. 20 minutes in several languages (English, Spanish, French, German,...) and then already the visit is free with an audio guide. There are 4 places to enter. The only bad thing about the visit was the long queues to get to the 4 sites. Not to miss the changing of the guard at 12:00, although it was also crowded.

+3

We enjoyed the visit a lot! Big thanks to the staff, very friendly! German audio is very interesting and useful

I had a wonderful visit! Getting the ticket was quick and easy. The Cathedral is very impressive. The extra discount vouchers were a great bonus, and we discovered the Minorite Friary — a beautiful and peaceful place I really loved. Overall, it is a fantastic experience for anyone visiting Prague Castle.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was very clear, and the guide’s instructions were really helpful. The audioguide was excellent and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
