Mike was terrific- told good stories, was patient but moved along. Answered questions well. Recommend!
Loved the tour. Honza was very knowledgeable and made the tour worthwhile.
The tour was wonderful! Great thing to do soon after arriving in Prague, as they will show you how to use public transportation and navigate the city. At the end, our wonderful tour guide Honza gave us some great recommendations for things to do/ places to eat in the city. Highly recommend, and shoutout to Honza for being a great and engaging guide.
Honza is the greatest tour guide. Very articulate and many wonderful recommendations.
I joined the Prague Walking Tour including Prague Castle today, and our guide Michal (Mike) was genuinely excellent. He was very knowledgeable, affable, and clearly passionate about Prague’s history. His professionalism and friendly manner made the experience enjoyable. That said, I did feel the tour was longer than necessary. We started at 2:00pm and didn’t finish at Prague Castle until 4:40pm, with the full tour ending around 5:30pm. A significant amount of time was spent standing in one spot listening to extended stories, including topics that weren’t of interest to me personally — for example, the Czech president taking photos at the F1. Not to be disrespectful, but at times it felt like filler content to stretch the tour length. Michal also spoke quite quickly and had a noticeable accent, which made him a little hard to understand at times, especially during longer explanations. For context, my entire Vatican tour (also booked through Viator) was extremely thorough and still finished in 3 hours, so the pacing of this tour felt a bit excessive by comparison. Overall, though, Michal is a great guide — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly dedicated. With slightly tighter pacing and less time spent standing in one place, this would easily be a perfect 5‑star experience.
Not a great experience at all.
Perfect length and amount for an afternoon of sightseeing. Mike was really knowledgeable, relaxed, entertaining, and did a great job of keeping the group moving and together.
Michal was amazing! The tour was great. Lots of cool places pointed out. He was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot!
Worst experience of my trip. The owner, Michal, gave us the wrong meeting location, which caused us to miss the start of the tour. When we raised this with him, he refused to take any responsibility and denied a refund despite the tour being unusable to us because of his error. He was dismissive and hostile throughout the exchange, with no interest in resolving the problem. I would not recommend booking with this operator.
We had a terrific time with the group. It was informative and very nicely done. Wear good walking shoes - hint!
