Private Tour Experience
July 2025, This is a detailed review of our Georgia and Armenia private tours with Travel Bee. I went with a friend for a 10 days tours of these 2 countries
Our travel coordinator is Mari.
Private guide in Armenia: Avetiq Vardanyan (Avet).
Private guide in Georgia: Nika S.
1. Checking and updating of the tour itinerary by the tour coordinator.
When it is closer to the tour date, the tour coordinator needs to ensure ALL attractions can be accessed. We were sorely disappointed when we were not informed in advance of two key attractions which were closed / under construction, even though these places were already closed for weeks.
They are: Mother of Georgia and the Narikala Fortress.
However, it is understandable if it is due to unforeseen situations like bad weather.
2. Attractions under the ‘Additional Items’ category should be included during the tour.
We have told the travel coordinator before the trip that we wanted to go for the sulfur baths, horse riding, rafting, and hot air balloon ride. However, all these are not included or suggested during our tour in Georgia. The coordinator and guide should communicate better and improve on this area.
3. Time management by tour guide.
To cover all the attractions in the itinerary, the tour guide should manage and plan the time and itinerary to ensure sufficient time for each attraction. A few attractions on the itinerary were not covered ini Georgia, but I understand that this is up to the individual guide’s planning.
Avet: I enjoyed Avet’s professional service as a tour guide. Avet was well-prepared, enthusiastic, easy to talk to, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and went beyond my expectations. He puts us at ease and made us feel comfortable during the tour. He is a great driver.
Nika: He is is an informative and friendly guide who is chatty and open to sharing his life experiences. He is also knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is a fantastic driver.

Our 5-day trip to Georgia was absolutely amazing! Every day was well planned, and we had the opportunity to experience the country’s breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and warm hospitality.
Our guide was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. He shared fascinating stories about each destination, making the journey both enjoyable and educational. His excellent organization and attention to detail made the entire trip smooth and stress-free.
The van was also excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It made traveling between destinations relaxing, even on the longer drives.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Georgia. Thank you for making our trip such a wonderful and unforgettable experience!

An excellent and wonderful trip, filled with truly unforgettable memories.
Hi Bee Travel,
We are a family from Singapore who recently traveled to Georgia, visiting Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Gudauri, Bakuriani, and a wine factory. We would like to share our wonderful experience.
Our trip was made truly special by our tour guide, Alex, who accompanied us throughout our 10-day journey in the last week of January 2026. Every recommendation he provided—whether for local food or must-visit attractions—was excellent and reflected his deep knowledge and passion for the country.
He thoughtfully planned the itinerary with our family in mind, especially considering that we were traveling with a child. The pace was comfortable, with no rush or pressure at any point. The entire trip was well-organized, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable.
Alex’s patience, professionalism, and warm personality made us feel relaxed and well taken care of, creating a truly memorable family experience.
We would also like to express our appreciation to Sophia for her excellent coordination and support. She was very kind and arranged the entire itinerary perfectly. Her humble and helpful nature made the whole process even more pleasant.
We sincerely appreciate the service and would highly recommend Bee Travel, especially Alex and Sophia, to anyone planning to visit Georgia.
Thank you.

Georgia Armenia trip
Our trip to Georgia was truly unforgettable! Everything was perfectly organized, thanks to SOPHO, who coordinated the entire journey seamlessly and was available 24/7 to assist whenever needed. Their constant support gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip.
A special mention to our guide, Levan, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. He ensured we explored all the best spots while sharing interesting insights along the way. Our driver was also excellent—professional, punctual, and ensured a smooth and safe journey at all times. The vehicle provided was comfortable and well-maintained, which added to the overall convenience of our travel.
From start to finish, every detail was handled with care, making the trip stress-free and memorable for everyone in our group. We all had an amazing time and created wonderful memories together.
I would highly recommend SOPHO to anyone planning a trip to Georgia—they truly go above and beyond to deliver a fantastic travel experience!

Wonderful Georgia, professionist Travel Bee colaborators - Yana, Levan and Norair, amazing monastries and landscapes
It was an amazing experience, collaborating with wonderful people, that showed me this beatiful country, Georgia, with its unique values - ancient monastries and castles, with holly relicves of great saints, in a spiritual travel between Caucasus mountains, subtropical zones and green fields, in a country having also a 6000 years wine history and... very, very hospitable people.
Thank you, Travel Bee

Just DON’T !!!!!!
Booked with this company but would not recommend them at all.
I specifically asked for an English speaking driver & guide and I got a BOLT driver with a not so comfortable car and limited English. He wasn’t able to give us any info or history on anything so Google was our only friend.
We paid $1400 for a 8 day trip and sadly they did not meet our expectations at all. I feel they over charged us and provided nothing!
On return I made a complaint and I was told I was black mailing the company as I was going to provide a negative review which is pathetic.
The Manager then emailed my offering me a 30% discount on my next tour with them - he’s deluded if he thinks I would ever book with them again let alone recommend them to anyone I know!
