Georgetown Foodie Tour

Georgetown is a charming area on the Potamac River. The Georgetown Foodie Tour was a wonderful 3-hour walking tour to four amazing food stops! We enjoyed all four locations and learned several historical facts from our great tour guide, Carson!

So much fun!

My daughter and I had such a good time on the Georgetown food tour. Guide was great; we went to interesting places that I didn’t know about and would like to visit again. I would definitely do another tour with them. Thanks for a great experience!

We had an amazing experience! The food and historical facts were fantastic! Jacob was phenomenal guide. We had our two year old with us and he made sure we could keep up with the tour and accommodate our stroller in all the food locations! Highly recommend this tour!

Fabulous Food and Historical Tour of Georgetown a large!

I took my niece and her daughter on the food tour, and it was absolutely fabulous… Exceeded our expectations. The food spotsthat were chosen-were ideal, including an Ethiopian restaurant, a great small deli and a fabulous taco restaurant. To top it off, we had dessert and coffee at the dog tag bakery, which, in and of itself, had a fascinating history. All of the restaurants were local to Georgetown, and each had its own story behind them. I greatly appreciated that as did my niece and others we were with. Ben was a great tour guide and showed us a number of homes and highlights of Georgetown and explained the historical preservation of this very famous neighborhood. I will definitely be taking out of town guest on this tour…

I would highly recommend this food tour to anyone. I had never been to Georgetown before and this was a great way to get some local history and to try out some food that I would have never though to try. Ben was a great tour guide and made it a very enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to direct my friends and family to this tour!

Excellent intro into Georgetown

Great walk about in a section of Georgetown. Nice stops at varied food establishments. All food was of high quality. Tour guide offered many historical bits of information that brought the neighborhood alive. The only downside was that the 2 miles covered could be a bit much for some people on a bright, hot summer day.
