Overall, the trip was very good. However, if you’re not into amusement parks and rides for children, it can be a long day trying to fill it all in. My partner and I are not into shopping. We enjoy food enjoy great sites. The sites and the cable car were excellent but six hours to kill in a huge shopping centre is a bit much for us. Would I recommend it for others? Only if you have children who enjoy ride on carnival stuff.

If ever you will visit Kuala Lumpur the Genting Highlands tour is a must. Our tour guide Mr Guna is very knowledgeable and very energetic in sharing the history and story of Genting Highlands. The Awana Cable car is spectacular. Our driver Nada is very friendly and very kind in giving us the pick up location and pick up time of the tour. I will highly recomend this tour. It was great! This was our 1st day at KL, we took a drive arranged by Exotic Asia (booked via MMT India), about 45 mins drive from our Hotel. Mr. Guna ji took us and he was great in explaining things, for us to understand the local culture, diverse ethnicity of Malaysia etc. We took the cable car for reaching highland, this is the best i would say great experience. Especially the return from Highlands, the weather was foggy around 6PM and it was scenic vegetation all around. On the experience over Genting Highland itself, we had booked the out door day ticket as we were 4 with 2 teens and girls enjoyed all the various rides thoroughly. It was overall a great tour! Special Thanks to Mr. Guna Ji who was patient enough in all our queries and helped in explaining what to expect and what can be done based on our schedule.. spot on..
We had fun, our visit was great! Our Driver, Vijay gave us an insightful background on the way to genting and we enjoyed the cable cart, it has a nice view and the genting mall is super great. It’s really big and you will see different malls and attractions. Overall, we had so much fun and will definitely come back soon

Overall, the experience was good and mostly met expectations. There were a few minor issues along the way, but nothing serious enough to ruin the visit. Staff were generally helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. With some small improvements, this could easily be an excellent experience. Despite the minor problems, I would still recommend it.
Wonderful day trip escape from the city with cooler temperatures for a break from the heat. Nice drive, beautiful scenery. It was fun going up the gondola to the first stop at the Chin Swee temple. Stunning! Quiet and peaceful and before you can get bored, there's the resort with many food choices and atmospheres along with shops, amusement park and casino. We had a wonderful day!
