This was an excellent trip, we enjoyed the entire trip a little. It is highly recommended for those visiting Kuala Lumpur

Breathe deep in Genting Highlands where, unlike nearby Kuala Lumpur, the air is fresh and clean. Aside from its resort life, visitors flock to hill station to enjoy cooler temperatures, mountain scenery, strawberry farms, and a relatively undisturbed, natural rain forest. The cable car ride up the hill is included but all other entrance fees and activities are at your own expense so you can choose what you want to do.
Prices are per person when two book together; a solo traveller pays $128.
Larger groups pay less per person.

Batu Caves is a limestone hill, which has a series of caves and cave temples, located in Gombak district, 13 kilometres (8 miles) north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu or Batu River, which flows past the hill. Batu Caves is also the name of the nearby village. Batu Caves is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is the focal point of Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia. It is also known as the 10th Caves or Hill for Lord Muruga as it is one of the ten most important shrines in India and Malaysia. The Lord Murugan statue at the foot of Batu Caves is the second tallest Hindu deity statue in the world with a heroic height of 42.7 metres (140 ft.). The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be around 400 million years old.

Visitors are allowed to climb the steps towards the top of the pagoda, where they are greeted with panoramic views of the mountain. This was an excellent trip, we enjoyed the entire trip a little. It is highly recommended for those visiting Kuala Lumpur
Our tour guide Stan was great. He was very professional and flexible. It was nice to be able to see the batu caves and then Genting highlands in several hours
We opted for this tour on our last day in KL. We had already seen Batu Caves so opted to miss this out and only go to Genting Highlands. We were dropped off at the bottom Awana Skyway cable car station, given our digital tickets via WhatsApp and left to explore at our own leisure, i.e. cable car up to the Chin Swee Caves, then onto Genting Skyworlds, cable car back down to Premium Outlets mall adjacent to the cable car station. For us this was an ideal last day, very leisurely and we went at our own pace - Iliyas was our driver and patiently waited until we were ready to leave. So this is not a tour as such but more of private taxi service (although bear in mind we omitted the Batu Caves part which may have involved more of a guided tour, but we can't comment on that). We almost certainly could have done it cheaper with separate Grab taxi journeys but having a dedicated driver at our convenience was reassuring for us as we needed to be certain we could get back to KL by a certain time and we didn't want to worry about being able to hail a taxi when needed. As for Genting Highlands itself, the views are pretty spectacular and the Skyworlds resort has plenty of activities. Batu Caves should not be missed so this combination tour is a good option.
My guide was great and was very flexible with our visit to both sites. He couldn't have done a better job. The Batu Cave was pretty amazing but given the chance, I wouldn't do it again. The monkeys made me very uncomfortable and that along with the crowds all trying to climb the same steps made it less than I anticipated. The gondola ride was interesting but unless you're up for tons of commercialization, I would skip this and find another activity. A
The tour was just my wife and I in a local car and driver so was a bit surprised with that given my previous Viator experiences. The driver tried but really wasn’t a tour guide (Grab driver at best) and he drove very fast to the point we felt unsafe and had to ask him to slow down. The Caves are underwhelming but Genting Highlands was amazing and well worth the visit.
we are travel agents for the pasesnger and they were happy with the tour The drivers were very courteous kind and polite
We had a fantastic day at the Batu Caves and up in the Gondola to the Highlands where we had lunch and a bit of shopping. Stanley was a great tour guide and driver, explaining the history and culture of Kuala lumpa very patiently. We can highly recommend him and his company's tour.
We had a great day it really is a must see 270 steps up and the same down but fun lots to see, our guide was very good
All in all an amazing experience, Iliya was an amazing driver and incredibly informative. My personal favorite was Genting
Our guide Geva was amazing. He is very knowledgeable friendly and flexible. We had a great trip and would highly recommend.
