After the class, sit down to enjoy the delicious pizza you’ve made, followed by your freshly prepared gelato. Paired with local wine and a touch of limoncello. Lori was very friendly and welcoming. She seemed to know allot about the course as we started talking about sourdough as well in the course and then she included parts of that in her course. The pizza and gelato we made was very tasty too!

We were 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 11) that went to this class which was hosted by Mimi. Mimi was absolutely brilliant with the kids and was super knowledgeable about how to make the best pizza! Unfortunately we didn't get to make Gelato as there was a technical issue and we made tiramsu instead. I'm am super glad that we did as not only was it fun to make but tasted amazing. Mimi did a great job to keep adults and kids entertained and gave very clear instructions. I'd highly recommend this course and would recommend Mimi as you host! Thank you very much Mimi.

Even though we didn’t get to make gelato, we had a wonderful time, and we were able to make tiramisu instead. Mimi is a wonderful teacher, she helped us make all of the wonderful dishes. She was also excellent at engaging my young children and helping them through the process. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

An absolutely incredible experience. Chef Lori was fantastic and helped to include the children in every aspect. Nothing was too much trouble for her. To top it off we were served our pizza, gelato (and wine for the adults) on the terrace in the sunshine. This is great for kids of all ages and a must for all families travelling to Rome.
