You'll not only learn how to protect yourselves from these mischievous beings but also how to foster friendship with the elusive Good Folk.
Ireland’s largest stone church: exquisitely built from rare, precious materials, and rich with stories in every carved detail.
We will walk through the Sound Trail, hear the origin myth of Galway and spot swans and hopefully cranes and kingfishers
This is a truly authentic Galway spot, where the scent of diverse cuisines blends with the lively, magical hum of traditional music from cozy pubs. We'll share our top recommendations and local insights to help you craft the perfect evening plans here!
Our journey continues to Claddagh Quay, where a magnificent, wide view of Galway Bay unfolds before us. Here, we'll discover the Bay's deep Celtic and Anglo-Norman roots, get a perfect peek at the river mouth, and might even spot some friendly seals and playful dolphins before we delve into enchanting tales of ancient shapeshifters from the sea and the romantic origins of the Claddagh Ring.
The tour will end at the Spanish Arch, one of Galway’s most iconic landmarks and the perfect spot to wrap up with a final photo!

Hundred percent recommend maria .....
Really interesting and informative walk through Galway! The guide was lovely and fun and managed the group and various questions and discussions. Definitely would recommend!
Great tour. Enjoyed starting at the University and then seeing the Cathedral. Nice to end at the Spanish Arch. Lots of opportunity to ask any question and Candella was great to give recommendations.
Knowledgeable and interesting. Candela was delightful and we enjoyed learning from her. I do recommend some sort of an amplification for her voice for larger groups like ours. Overall we enjoyed our tour.
This was a great tour and a lot of fun.
Trip Advisor made it exceptionally difficult to cancel my tour due to a change in my schedule (even though I was within the permitted cancellation window). I ended up not being able to do the tour and lost 52 euros for two tickets.
The guide was great. He was funny and informative- had great stories and spoke gaelic
The tour was lovely, mostly about Irish History but also bites of mythology. We had Maria as our guide and we were happy to be with her, she explained everything very well and also gave Tips and advice where to eat or to have a drink after the tour.
It was a fun little tour of Galway! We got to see some pretty spots and learn some history and mythology. Our tour guide was very nice too. We were a bit lost trying to find the meet up point but she actually went out of her way to walk around the buildings and find anyone who may have been looking! Went above and beyond and we appreciated that!
Maria was very knowledgeable and knew a lot of folklore and history. We found the tour very informative. Maria was smart and entertaining.
