Excellent day - transfers were slick, easy and everyone got where they needed in plenty of time. Guide was fantastic - gave us a lot of history on the journey and recommendations to make the most of the short time we had in the city.
We had a wonderful tour to Florence from the Livorno cruise port. Everything was well organized and made it very easy to enjoy Florence without worrying about getting back to the ship on time. Our guide, Khiara, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the day. She gave us great information and made the experience enjoyable without making it feel rushed. Florence is an incredible city, and this tour gave us a great opportunity to see and experience it during our port stop.
This a really well organised excursion with two fantastic guides (Arianna and Omi). The coach was very comfortable and well driven by Luca. Florence is a beautiful city and we were allowed sufficient time to explore the city and visit the main attractions.
We started on time at the agreed meeting point. Omi and Arianna and our driver Luca did a very good job. The most important information was provided in Spanish and English by Omi and Arianna. Luca brought us safely to Florence and back.. highly recommended for cruise passengers who do not want to book on the cruise ship. Very good service. What was really great was that we were not dropped off at the meeting point on the way back, but were taken directly to our cruise ship. I would book again anytime. Florence was beautiful, even though we sweated a lot in 104°F weather.

Ariana, our dear guide and our dear driver Alda treated us great and the tour was fabulous, besides the tastings were exquisite and above all the map (which was provided by Ariana) was the best because thanks to it we did not get lost and it was very complete with clear and concise instructions. In short, everything was great.
