A great day with our guides Ignacio, Omi and our driver Luca. Everything ran to plan, lots of excellent information and an option of routes to follow in Florence. Great knowledge of the destinations visited. Comfortable and clean transport. Would highly recommend this tour for visiting Florence and Pisa. Had us back to our ship in time as promised.
First class trip. Guides very knowledgeable and friendly (Ignachio and Omi) . Nothing was to much trouble for them. Bus was luxury and driver (Luca) very say steady. No hesitation in recommending this trip.

She guided us through Florence and Pisa, providing us with clear directions and valuable recommendations. We had one of our best meals in Florence thanks to her recommendation!
Great tour of Florence, Tuscany and Pisa
We had a great day in Florence and Pisa. Our guide Arianna Grande gave us great recommendations for food and showed us the wine windows.
Ariana was very good - fun and spunky and a good guide. Well informed. But she cared about the folks on the tour. Would recommend her. The tour was fine for our fast paced style of touring but for some spending 1-1/2 hours in Florence and 1 hour in Pisa would be way too short. For us it was just fine and the day was perfect.
Ariana was a very funny and entertaining tour guide. She provided us with a lot the historical significance of the cities and sights of Florence and Pisa and also lots of a good lunch and gelato recommendations. She also gave us very clear instructions and directions with clear time constraints. The bus driver, Alda, was very good and the bus was very comfortable with good air conditioning. Overall, this was the best tour of our trip and I would recommend to anyone, especially with these two as a guide.
If you are planning a trip to Florence and Pisa, do yourself a favor and book Adrianna! She was, without a doubt, the highlight of our tour. From start to finish, Adrianna was absolutely awesome. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what sets her apart is her wonderful sense of humor—she kept us laughing and entertained the entire time while sharing the rich history of both cities. Most importantly, she truly cares about her group. She made sure everyone was comfortable, kept a great pace, and looked out for every single one of us throughout the day. It felt like exploring Tuscany with a close friend who happens to know everything about the area. Thank you, Adrianna, for an unforgettable experience!
