The guide was soft spoken, kind and funny. Polite, patient, waited for four(4) persons that was late.Fun bus was to travel on.
Great tour seeing Quebec City --amazing sightseeing and well organized by Joyce and the Simon ---thanks so much. Would high recommend the trip (don't forget to pack an umbrella as we have a short rain shower)...
An overall good excursion. We had initial issues that for some reason, Viator cancelled my reservation. The tour guide took us on the bus and we worked it out. We walked to our friends hotel for pickup, when in fact, the pickup location was closer to our hotel than to theirs. We were on a comfortable bus for about 3 hours. First, went to the beautiful waterfall. You can walk down 500 steps or take a cable car. Time to walk around and explore or sit and relax and enjoy the view. Onto the rest of the tour, which was was enjoyable. If you have walking issues, I suggest taking the funicular to the top. The guide said we would walk up the stairs and takes breaks. No breaks. It was strenuous. The tour is in French and English. Not a big deal, just be aware. The cruise was a pleasant 90 minutes. A long, but nice day.
Very good experience! Very well arranged. Our guide Jerry is great, he provided excellent service! We enjoyed 😍
Loved everything about the trip it was amazing! Long drive but the driver Simone did amazing, bus super comfortable! Angela our tour guide was very proactive, explained everything amazingly and a sweetheart! It’s a must do tour!
Great day in Quebec City. Worth the time to go there. Weather was great and made for a very enjoyable day. Highly recommend this trip.
Excellent trip and fantastic guides. Enough time to experience Montmorency. Quebec. City is a must see for all travellers. We did the optional, additional harbour cruise. I would have preferred to spend more time in Old Quebec and not added the harbour cruise. There is so much to see in Old Quebec. Highly recommend this tour if you are short on time and want to see the falls and the old city.
Its a fun way to know our surroundings. Comfortable trip and a very friendly and well prepared guide.
Really enjoyed this full day in Quebec leaving from Montreal. Boarded bus early. Quick stop at gas station w McDonald’s and local fast food place serving breakfast. It broke up the 2.5 hour bus ride. First stop was amazing waterfall in park. We had time to view the waterfall and take a brief scenic hike near it. Could have spent more time here but we needed to move on to Quebec City. Once in the city we had a 1 hour walking tour. Then we had about 2.5 hours to explore the city. Lots of stairs and hills here but some flat ground. I walked all around before finding a nice cafe to sit outside and try some local brews. Afterwards I boarded a boat for a nice river cruise. The views were amazing of the city! The boat served food and drinks. After the cruise we boarded bus and headed back to Montreal. If you have just 1 day for Quebec City this is the perfect tour. But it is all day arriving into Montreal after 8:30pm. So plan accordingly with plenty of water and snacks.
This is an amazing tour. Likely the best on our entire Canada vacation. Our tour guide William did an amazing job organizing such a large group and keeping the tour on time and interesting. Highly recommend this tour.
