We traveled as a family for ten days with Peru Top Experience, three adults and one teenager, and the experience was truly wonderful from beginning to end. From the first contact, the entire process of advising, choosing excursions, booking, and payments was very clear, simple, and organized. The information we received before the trip was very complete and, once in Peru, not only was everything agreed upon fulfilled, but in many aspects they exceeded our expectations. During the trip we visited Cusco, Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, the Sacred Valley, the Rainbow Mountain, and Humantay Lake, among other incredible places. The organization was impeccable: we arrived in two different groups and in both cases they were attentive to our transfers from the airport, they always picked us up punctually at the hotel, and the schedules and activities were carried out just as they were planned. Something we valued very much was the constant follow-up throughout the entire trip. We always felt that there was someone looking out for us and making sure everything was okay, which allowed us to simply enjoy ourselves. I visited several places in Peru, Ica, Paracas, Huacachina, Nazca, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Pisac, Moray, Salinas de Maras and Arequipa. My experience on the trip to Machu Picchu was, simply, perfect. From the organization to the execution, everything worked perfectly, but what made this trip unforgettable was that it coincided with my wife's birthday The best part: Impeccable logistics: The schedules, transportation (train, buses), and tickets were coordinated without any setbacks. There were no unnecessary waits or confusion, which allowed us to enjoy every minute. The guide: A passionate professional who not only gave us historical facts but also knew how to convey the energy of the place. His pace was perfect for taking photos and soaking in the atmosphere without rushing. The star detail: To our surprise (well, more for my wife), from the beginning of the day, they were full of congratulatory gifts, such as at the hotel, on the route, from the guide, on the return trip (train), and especially from our operator and the final hotel; all the gestures turned the visit into a memory that I will keep forever. What to improve? Honestly, nothing. Even the weather was 100% on our side since it is the dry season, with a clear morning that allowed us to see the citadel in all its splendor. Recommendation: If you can travel on your special date, do it. The energy of Machu Picchu is unique, and if you add unexpected details to that, the experience becomes magical. 100% recommended.

Being someone who for decades has always booked their own entry train bus, etc our experience with this Machu Picchu package was nothing short of perfect. We were greeted the night before and went over the itinerary received. All the tickets was met. Everywhere we were supposed to be met and everything went briskly. If you're gonna do Machu Picchu you this is the way to go.
