Terrible canceled tour when they showed up. They advertised a full day tour of London but the driver asked us where we wanted to go. He said he was a chauffeur not a tour guide. I guess first time visitors to London are supposed to plan their own tour? What a joke ! Hired a real tour company next day at it was wonderful. By the way, they refused to refund our money.

A licensed Blue Badge guide is a separate service and is significantly more expensive than a chauffeur-driven tour. Our professional chauffeurs have extensive knowledge of London and its landmarks, but they are not licensed tour guides. As part of our booking process, we sent you your chauffeur and vehicle details approximately 36 hours before your tour. We also explained that if the service was not what you expected, you could cancel before the tour at no cost. When our chauffeur asked where you would like to go, this was a standard question. Every guest has different preferences. Some visitors wish to spend the day exploring central London, while others prefer to visit places such as Windsor Castle, Hampton Court Palace, or other attractions. Our chauffeur was asking so he could tailor the day to your itinerary. Unfortunately, you chose to cancel the tour immediately after entering the vehicle. As the booking had already commenced, our refund policy applied, and we were unable to issue a refund. We always encourage customers to read the service description carefully or contact us with any questions before booking. We are always happy to explain the differences between a chauffeur-driven sightseeing tour and a guided tour with a licensed Blue Badge guide.
