The meeting point is Marina Xtabay is located on the Puerto Juarez Highway past the All Ritmo Cancun hotel. Formerly known as Marina Las Jaibas. You can arrive on your own or book transportation with us. Catamarans depart at 10:00 am, however, you must check in from 9:30 am.. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

Rebooked this excursion online with them that was supposed to be all-inclusive. Recording is their website in which I showed the operator in black-and-white it specifically said” 1 hr. of open bar at IXI Beach • Minibus on Isla Mujeres” We got to the island and requested the mini bus and was told there was no mini bus and we had to purchase a golf cart or takea taxi. We ended up paying a decent amount of money for a taxi which we should not have had to. When we got back onto the ship I also mentioned about the open bar at beach 11 it was told she forgot to tell me. Twomain things and one that costed us a lot of money and was brought to their attention. I’ve been on probably 10 snorkeling adventures and this one wasthe most rushed quickest snorkeling we’ve ever done. They put us in the water told us to swim from ship to ship and kept saying follow mefollow me hurry up hurry up the entire time not giving us any time to relax and just look at the fish put us back on a boat and went straight to the island. It was absolutely insane and I did complain that time as well. She did text the office and I heard nothing back and was offered no or refunds whatsoever or even an apology after the fact from the office. Please don’t waste your money in time for $500 you can get so more somewhere else.

We took this tour to Contoy Island on April 26 and unfortunately the experience ended up affecting our vacation. After consuming the included food, the 5 adults in my family had severe gastrointestinal distress (diarrhea, fever, stomach pain and general discomfort) for several days. We were told that the food is transported in the same boat as the tour, so we believe that there may have been a problem with the preservation or temperature of the food. As a result, we lost almost 4 days of travel and could not perform several activities that we planned. I recommend caution with the food included in this tour.

Very poor experience. We departed an hour later than scheduled. They took us to a totally different spot for snorkeling than advertised and we haven't seen anything. Like literally not a single fish. Whole snorkeling experience lasted like 15 minutes, they dumped us from the boat, rushed around for 15 minutes and we jumped back on the boat and that was it. We had 1.5h on Isla Contoy and 45 minutes on Isla Mujeres. Staff on the boat all excited for the first and last 15 minutes of the trip. I'm guessing excited about finishing work and earning some tips... Some of the boat stuff were really unpleasant, shouting and rushing. They took us to an Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres, but snorkeling was terrible and the whole sailing experience was unpleasant. Personally I wouldn't book anything with them again. Better try somewhere else.
The crew is very friendly and professional. They always asked to make sure everything was fine with me. I didn’t snorkel and swim, but if these activities are the things you like you will enjoy them for sure. The stop at Isla Mujeres was nothing to be wanted. I would have skipped it if I had had an option.
Beautiful day, very well organized. The organizers are welcoming, respectful patient and also speak French. Good atmosphere on the Catamaran: Music, drinks without or with alcohol, fruit. Thanks to you. For this excursion to this island paradise 🏖️😍☀️🇲🇽🥰

Unfortunately, the headline does not promise what it really is, in any case no sailing and that is not planned by the organizer. Loud music and engine noise are not so relaxing. On the island you have no time after eating
