Poor full day golf cart tour

We signed up for (and paid $940) for the all day golf cart tour of Rome. We were dropped off after only 3 hours. We were told when booking it would be 8 hours. Julia the tour guide was very nice and informative on what she showed us however we feel we did not get what we paid for. We will not be recommending this tour to others

Operator response

Dear Jack, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found Julia knowledgeable and friendly throughout the experience. We are sorry, however, that there appears to have been a discrepancy regarding the duration of the service you expected. Our Rome in a Day experience is designed as an extended tour, and we take any concern regarding a substantial difference in duration seriously. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention so that the specific booking and operational records can be reviewed. Kind regards,

Best way to do Rome in a day!

Our guide, Matt, made this an awesome experience. He made us feel like our enjoyment was his utmost concern. He tailored our trip for 1 person that has been to Rome several times and 2 that had never been. We know that wasn’t an easy task but he made it seem like it was. He went above and beyond. He was extremely enthusiastic and entertaining and provided a most inclusive day in Rome. He was able to fit in all the must sees in one day, but also shared many places we hadn’t heard of.
