Dino was an incredible guide. He customized our tour around sights that we wanted to see and then provided recommendations of places that we had not heard of. He provided historical facts about the stops we made and helped us to have a better understanding of the city. Definitely something you don’t want to miss.
It was a great way to see main things in Rome, a golf cart really zips around perfectly in this crazy traffic. Alessandro was so nice and knowledgeable, his English very clear and gave us all kinds of cool little tidbits of information that we otherwise wouldn’t have known.
Great casual ride around the city with an excellent guide. Enjoyed this tour a lot - Luk was his first name I think. I’m better with numbers, he is 35.
Robin was a great guide, very knowledgeable and showed us all the great sites!! As a family it was a great excursion, saved many steps, and saw Rome in a day. Great for travelling family’s
5 stars for the guide Andy. 0 stars for the company. Overpriced. We paid €160. We booked a E-Tuk Tour, but they came up with a Golf Cart (could be booked for €144). They send you multiple emails, messages before the tour, but do not inform you about this change (with option to rebook). After the first stop my seatbelt was broken and my wife and I could not sit together for the rest of the ride.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments regarding your guide. However, we would like to clarify that vehicle substitutions may occasionally be necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons. When this occurs, the objective remains to deliver the booked experience without cancellation whenever possible. Your review also confirms that the tour was completed and that the principal concern relates to the vehicle type used and a seatbelt issue that arose during the activity. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of the experience as "0 stars for the company," particularly given that the tour was conducted and that you rated the guide very positively. Kind regards, Luxurbe Team
