Unreliable

Worst experience. I think they operate at home with only 1 person handling it who speak n live in USA. Not to be trusted. He us rude n use 4 letter word. Not Asian type . All the guest was unhappy n they will over charge you. Please be careful u get scam

Operator response

Yes, absolutely. I was rude to you. I would do it again. If I remember correctly, I believe I told you to f*** off or something along those lines. It's my fault for taking on your business when one of the first things you said to me was to talk about how bad all the previous companies you worked with in Korea were terrible. Completely unsolicited. Giving critique is one thing, but I wasn't about to sit there and let you talk to me like I was some sort of child. I certainly wasn't going to sit there while you casually dropped the n word when referring to black people, which was even more insane because a) I am not even black and b) it was completely out of context and out of left field. I don't know what happened to you as a child, but you are an angry little man, with an emphasis on little. All you do is bad mouth people. 23 of your 38 reviews on Google are 1-2 stars, which says more about you then the establishments you reviewed. This conversation you are referring to was over 3 years ago, which I am not sure how someone would be so spiteful to hold a grudge so long over something relatively innocuous. Seek help. To everyone reading this response, I have always kept things professional with past clients whether they had negative or positive feedback. This is the first and last time in over 12 years in this industry that I have ever had to talk to someone the way I did and am doing now. I understand it can be off putting, but I will not stand by while someone so vile slanders me and my company.

Excellent tour, great guide and reputable tour company, highly recommended

We arranged a full day tour around Busan for 7 people directly with Albert and Grey at Korea Tour Company. They made the experience effortless, with excellent communication from start to finish. This was important as we were only in Busan for a day on a cruise. They made useful suggestions for the itinerary and handled financial transactions safely and responsibly. Our driver and tour guide Mr Daniel Kim made the day both fun and educational. He was waiting for us with a big smile on docking at Busan port. We visited a variety of locations including a stunning temple, skywalk, cultural village, cable car over the sea, conference centre, beach etc. This made the tour good value and maximised the time we had available. He also took us for a fabulous, very reasonably priced Korean barbecue lunch which was a highlight. All the places we visited were interesting and Mr Kim didn't just stay in the van, he personally guided us around each location and took lots of photos for us in the best spots. His tour van was clean and comfortable and he was a safe driver. All 7 of us were very pleased with our tour and liked both Busan and Daniel so much that we are planning to return to South Korea again next May. Highly recommended tour and company.

Tour guide, Lucy Jeong is one of the most knowledgeable, efficient, interesting and animated ones I’ve had in a long time just like her hometown of Busan, South Korea! But unlike Busan, her PF is not that expensive!😂 We not only had a tour guide, we gained a friend!
