Itinerary
Enjoy Pick up from 3 major Busan area: Busan KTX Station, Seomyeon Station, Haeundae Station
A jewel of Silla-era Buddhist architecture, Bulguksa Temple is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site and one of Korea’s most revered temples. Originally built in the 8th century, the temple complex showcases stunning architectural harmony between nature and design. Visitors can admire iconic structures like Dabotap and Seokgatap pagodas, and intricate stone staircases that symbolize the path to enlightenment. Set amidst pine forests and lotus ponds, Bulguksa offers spiritual peace and timeless beauty.
[UNESCO Tour ONLY] Step back in time at Yangdong Village, Korea’s largest and most well-preserved traditional village designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Nestled among scenic mountains and gentle rivers, this centuries-old village embodies the Confucian ideals and class structure of the Joseon Dynasty. With over 160 hanok-style homes scattered across the hills, some still inhabited today, visitors can stroll past tiled rooftops, ancestral halls, and ancient academies. Surrounded by nature, Yangdong offers a serene, immersive look into Korea’s aristocratic past. (Lunch time at own expense is included)
[UNESCO Tour ONLY] Daereungwon, also known as the Park of Royal Tombs, is a complex containing 23 tombs that were built during the Silla Dynesty. There are a number of tombs with significant historical value, but Chenmachong (Tomb of the Heavenly Horse), where the inside of the tomb is open to public, is one of the most symbolic sites.
[UNESCO Tour ONLY] Next to Daereungwon, there is the famous Hwangridan Street, trending hotspot that blends Gyeongju’s ancient charm with modern style. Indulge in gourmet street food, sip specialty coffee in hanok cafés, or shop for handmade souvenirs in this fashionable yet historic street.
First constructed in year 674, it is an artificial pond in Gyeongju National Park that is filled with lots of historical memories. The Korean government temporarily drained the pond in 1972, revealing thousands of Silla artifacts that had fallen into the lake or were thrown in.
The Woljeong Bridge in boasts a rich history dating back centuries. Constructed with sturdy stone arches, it stands as a testament to ancient engineering techniques. Spanning the Woljeongcheon Stream, this historic bridge has been a vital link in Gyeongju's transportation network for generations, serving as a tangible reminder of the city's past.

The tour was perfectly organized and miss Sol, our guide, was really professional, full of enthusiasm and energy, despite the weather. Even the bus driver was nice and professional. I recommend this tour operator and this team. Best regards
The tryp is very good. Many places included. Many thanks to our guide Sol, very knowledgeable and very kind.
Good opportunity to visit Silla dynasty culure. I liked beingoutside the big cities to see green spaces and historical sights. Guide was wonderful and helpful with some steep steps. Next time, maybe the guide can speak English more slowly and repeat information on the bus and at the sights. It was a super hot day but we managed. I wouldn't recommend the crab lunch, try another option. They were small and difficult to eat and our table was disappointed. Also, could the trip start 90 minutes earlier? We got home quite late.
This is an incredible tour! I definitely recommend it. Seeing the palace and the Wolji Pond lit up at night were stunning to see. Our tour guide, MJ, was knowledgeable and provided a lot of background information at each stop.
It was a great help to get picked up to the nearest station of my hotel. Visit two World Heritage Sites in Gyeongju. Daniel Ji, our guide, explained in Japanese as well as English, and I enjoyed going around. The last illuminated moon bridge I saw was particularly impressive. It was an unforgettable memory.
It was a fantastic tour with our very friendly guide Mr. Daniel Ji!! The tour was covered almost all of famous sightseeing places all over Gyeongju. It was hot but there were many shops involved to give you the beverages. Thanks to Daniel, we could enjoy the tour with relaxed manner. Each spots were provided to tour around 1 - 1.5 hours. He even spoke excellent Japanese!!
Great full day trip at a very reasonable price. Song, our English speaking guide, was very informative and generous with her knowledge of all sights we visited. Good variation of ancient to modern Korea visited. And great lunch spot!!
We absolutely loved the tour. Mr Shin was our tour guide, and he was very informative and friendly!! The tour is the abbreviated version because I didn’t think the kids could handle the longer one, and it was perfect. Mr Shin was a delight and what a wonderful tour!! Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed this tour!! NOTE: It is ALL DAY. You start at 11 am in Busan and don't get back until 10 pm! The reason it starts later in the day is there are 2 sights at the end of the itinerary that they want to show you at night time (with the lights on). Our guide was Ester and she was wonderful!! She spoke excellent English, and was very knowledgeable about the culture and history. We really enjoyed having her guide us. One recommendation I have is to reduce the amount of time allocated to lunch at the Folk Village. I believe 1.5 hours were allocated to this. Also, I would have liked to have stopped to take some pictures of the bridge during the day time. We drove by it during the day but only stopped there at night when it was already fully dark.
Olivia was a very knowledgeable and personable tour guide. A great tour if on a tight schedule and needing to see the highlights of Gyeongju in one day.
