This is the way to see Rome! We felt like royalty pulling up to each site and saving so much time getting from one to the next. Ahmed was a fantastic driver and tour guide, finessing his way through the narrow streets while educating us on the history of Rome! He gave us a recommendation for lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed. This is a great way to see some of Rome’s major attractions. Our driver, Mohamed, was great and thoughtfully accommodated two detours that we asked for, as well as stopping at a small cafe so we could enjoy a coffee and a snack. We highly recommend this tour if you want a civilized city tour.

If we could give 10 stars, we would! This tour was worth every penny. The private tour is the way to go, and this tour is fantastic. The communication from the tour operator before we arrived was excellent. They even arranged for tickets to a couple of the sites since they were more familiar with timing. Our guide and driver, Lorenzo, was wonderful. He communicated through WhatsApp all along the way so he knew when we were returning to the car. The itinerary was perfect, and flexible. We switched out one stop with ease. And the restaurant we went to for lunch was superb- not touristy, authentic Italian and delicious—Ristorante Ai Bozzi da Giovanni. We highly recommend this tour and this tour company! This experience was the highlight of our trip!
If we could give this tour 10 stars, we would. It is worth it to have had a private tour. The tour company was fantastic, communicating with us before we traveled. The communication before and during the tour was great. Our driver and guide, Lorenzo, was wonderful. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel and stayed in touch with WhatsApp. We had a very flexible itinerary and were able to change along the way. That was invaluable and worth having a private tour. While tickets to attractions were not included, we asked the tour company directly to get us the right timed tickets based on their knowledge and timing of the day. We also went to a wonderful, authentic Roman restaurant, Ristorante Ai Bozzi. Bellissimo! This tour company made our one full day in Roma unforgettable. We highly recommend this tour and the tour company, Rome First Choice Tours.
We saw all the famous places in Rome and the Vatican in one day. The guide took us to the Colosseum, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel. The car was very comfortable, and we didn’t feel rushed. A great experience!
