Full Day Alvor Day Trip from Lagos

What a fantastic day out. A leisurely cruise there and back taking in the sites and captained by the wonderful charismatic, Pedro! Well recommended.

Had a wonderful day on board an old Portuguese sailing vessel from Alvor to Lagos. This is definitely a trip not to be missed. Trigana boat trips with captain Pedro is the best boat trip we have ever been on. We will definitely be doing it again on our next visit.

I arrived at the specified departure point with plenty of time to spare. I waited expectantly for an hour, watching other boats come and go. Unfortunately, the boat I had booked did not arrive at all. No explanation. My request for a refund was met almost immediately. Puzzling as to why I received an email thanking me for joining them and requesting a review.

A fantastic boat trip to Lagos! A beautiful route along the cliffs, and the skipper enthusiastically shares interesting stories about the area with plenty of humor. The old supply boat sits incredibly steady in the water, so you hardly notice the waves and don’t get seasick easily. Highly recommended!

Well what can I say, very surreal experience, just one of those memories you will never forget. I first thought what the hell, but we had the best time, Pedro was so engaging, and very knowledgeable. This is not a luxury experience, but seriously one of the best, a bit of a faulty towers vibe, we loved it

Excellent trip from start to finish. The lady in the booth was English and explained the options. The two men on the boat, Jose and Pedro were fun and knowledgeable. A wonderful slow journey there and back with a pass by the caves. Worth every penny. We went Alvor to Lagos.

We done the sunset cruise and the water taxi. From start to finish was brilliant. Michelle was very helpful and the 2 lads on the boat captain Pedro and Jim were excellent and we cant forget the stars of the trip the dogs MIKE & TYSON We will 100% be going again when we visit again

Myself and my husband went on this trip today. The whole experience from booking the tickets with the lovely lady who explained the trip so well to meeting the crew including their beautiful friendly dogs Mike and Tyson. We sailed from Alvor to Lagos. We were informed about the beautiful route we took and the history of the caves and beaches. I would 100 percent recommend this trip. Jenny and Steve Lawson.

We had a fantastic 3-hour boat trip from Alvor Harbour with Captain Pedro, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our family holiday. We first sailed out to a beautiful secluded sandbank where we stopped for a swim before heading on to explore some of the local sea caves. Paddle boards were available on board, which was a brilliant addition, and we used them to paddle through the caves and into a hidden little beach that felt completely tucked away from everything. We spent about an hour there swimming, diving and enjoying the crystal-clear water before making our way back towards Alvor. On the return journey, we were treated to some wine while Captain Pedro entertained us with stories about his life and experiences — a really interesting and memorable way to finish the trip. Overall, it was a superb three hours out at sea. Relaxed, fun, adventurous and perfect for a family. Pedro was a great host and made the whole experience feel very personal. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Alvor and looking for something a little different. We would definitely do it again!
