Good to see Pompei and Frankie was good but rest of it was awful
Frankie was a good guy in time we had. It was not a small group with 17 people. Transport shocking, a lot of waiting and then on way back the driver turned round after half an hr to go back to pompei for other people. It was going to take an added 1,.5 hrs at least as they insisted on taking people back to Amalfi first before our drop off in Sortento. We had to get train back in the end,

Dear customer, we regret to say that you are the only one who, in order to get a measly refund, failed to mention that the traffic was caused by the closure of the Sorrento coast road due to flooding and landslides—issues certainly not of our making. Furthermore, by paying for your train ticket, we saved you from being stuck in traffic for four hours, given that you had asked to return to Sorrento by 2:00 PM. As for the two extra passengers, given the emergency situation, we didn't think it would be a problem—but don't worry, enjoy your measly refund.

A great day starting with...
A great day starting with a private pick up from our hotel. Our driver, Carmine is a super nice guy and good driver took us over to Pompeii to meet the rest of our group. The Company "Enjoy Pompeii" is very organized. We met up with our guide Frankie who was fun and very knowledgeable. We had visited Pompeii about 12 years ago but decided to go back and I'm glad we did. There were so many new areas that have been uncovered that we got to see this time. It was very interesting to learn how inventive and bright the people of Pompeii were back then- engineering water systems, steam baths, breezeways. We had a great time!

Very Enjoyable and Informative Tour
Our guided tour of the ruins of Pompeii was excellent. Our tour guide named Frankie was very informative. He brought the place to life with his knowledge of his subject. He also gave humour to his narrative which added greatly to our experience. I would highly recommended this tour. As a word of warning, when taking this tour, wear good trainers that will grip the road surface as it could be hazardous if wearing the wrong footwear.

Great Tour Guide very knowledgeable abd funny
Our tour guide Frankie was amazing he really had a great knowledge of Pompeii and its history but also put humour into the tour. My only negative is the van ride to the site. We had 8 people in a van and it was very uncomfortable. The organization of the tour was very bad to start and go home. Could do a lot of improvement in that

Highly recommend this tour
Our guide, Benjamin was excellent and went out of way to pick us up when we unexpectedly got on the wrong van. He was very informative and an expert driver .
