An amazing day learning about the entire Colombian coffee experience
We had an amazing day with Juan Camilo. He took us from Cali to his relatives coffee farm in Sevilla where we learned about picking the beans, drying them, and prepping for roasting. Because this was his family, this is an experience you won’t get on another tour! It was calm and relaxed and the farmers answered all of our questions. We finished with an education of the coffee prep and tasting using various methods which influenced the taste and caffeine content. Highly educational, highly enjoyable, and highly recommended!

Folk cultural tradition through self-cultivation and production.
It is a very cultural tour. Where every aspect of the region's cultural and gastronomic traditions are presented. In the coffee tasting and harvesting explanation tour, the peasant lifestyle is reflected, which characterizes the country as an international producer. Ancestral knowledge is presented, condensed in a brief explanatory form by local people: producers and distributors, which makes it a complete experience to inform about the importance of land autonomy and the folk traditions of the northern Valle del Cauca. On the other hand, the guide Juan Camilo approaches information in a foreign language just like a local one, which provides a broad experience for anyone who wants to know more about the country's customs.
