It was a great trip with Rolands, he picked us up in Riga. We saw many different areas, forests, lakes, river fooding and the great Baltic beach. His background is amazing, he was explaining everything. During the day we also have had a great picnic, made by his wife. Thank you again for this!!!

We had a great day with our tour guide Rolands, whose great knowledge about the park, its different ecosystems and nature and species in general made this trip absolutely worthwhile. He showed us four different spots in the park - the bog, the wetlands, the lagoon and the sea - and explained the differences in a way that was easy to understand for people who are not conservation biologists like him. The cream on the cake was his knowledge about his country, its history and his openness to engage in virtually any topic. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience exploring Kemeri National Park. Our guide, Rolands, was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting information about the different ecosystems we visited. We also had enjoyable conversations about Latvia and life in general. The scenery in the park was beautiful, especially the bog area, which had a unique, almost otherworldly atmosphere. We were able to see all three types of wetlands as well as the Baltic Sea shoreline. The picnic lunch that Rolands prepared was delicious and included a nice selection of local food and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend the “Best of Kemeri National Park in One Day” tour to anyone interested in nature and learning more about Latvia.
Rolands was an absolute delight and an exceptional guide! Really enjoyed the whole experience and seeing the nature aspects of Latvia! This is a great 1/2 day adventure to round out a visit to Riga!
We had an amazing day together with Rolands. He picked us up right on schedule, and in the car his enthusiasm for the tour was immediately apparent! He told us all about the day, about what we could expect. The tour exceeded all our expectations, it was truly beautiful. Rolands was very informative, told us all about the area, the history, the nature. Not only did we enjoy the hiking and breathing in the fresh air, we also learned some very interesting things! Rolands was very friendly and talkative and we could ask all the questions we want, even about the Latvian language and traditions. He was also very helpful, when my wife had trouble with some paths, he helped her. Even when she stubbed her toe, it didn't take any joy out of the day. We had so much fun and laughed a lot. The lunch was also very well prepared and very delicious. Rolands thought of everything, took many lovely pictures, we couldn't have asked for a better guide, paldies Rolands!
Unbelievable that these nature wonderlands are only 40 min from riga. Our guide Rolands was really outgoing and thought us so much about the nature and flora of the national park. The best daytrip we could’ve Imagined. Thanks for the time Rolands and see you next time.

Rolands is not only a competent and pleasant guide but also very funny. We really had a lot of fun! The places were very varied and nature beautiful. The surprise snack - or even the sumptuous lunch :) - was really delicious! I can highly recommend this tour (necessarily this tour - there are also smaller ones) and Rolands as a guide. There is absolutely nothing wrong.... except maybe.... that he offered us too much coffee ;)
