Itinerary

Our knowledgeable local guides take a small group, maximum of 8 people, for a fun filled 12 h road trip from Riga to Tallinn. You will learn about the history of Estonia and Latvia and its people by visiting several places with our experienced guides. We’ll take you from small towns and medieval castle ruins to quirky local sights and through the beautiful countryside. Get ready to roam not one but two medieval castles, Viljandi and Cēsis, and discover how they became to be ruined.

Learn about the history of Estonia and Latvia in Valga, the border town between the two countries. In Valga we also stop for a lunch at a local restaurant. Kindly let our guides know if you have any special dietary needs that we should take in account. Location of the lunch is subject to availability and the meal is not included in the price of the tour.

We’ll visit the Gauja National Park where you can hike by the picturesque sand cliffs.

Take in the sights of the medieval Old Town in Cēsis.

Before we reach Riga we’ll stop in Sigulda to climb up the only Bobsleigh Track in the Baltics.

Take the time to slow down and see the sights.

A looong day but so worth it! Janar was our guide, very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot, particularly about Estonian culture and history. A great way to continue sightseeing whilst moving between cities.

Great way to see sights from Riga to Tallinn

Our guide was friendly and had lots of great history facts and shared his love of nature and personal connections! Great spot for lunch and a really fun Estonian gas station too! The sandcliffs and national park was beautiful. We loved the Bobsled and the castle ruins. The small town walk was fun. Great recommendations for places to explore in old Tallinn and where to eat! Thank you!

The trip was really fun and informative, so many stops in Latvia and a first experience of Estonia to make the travel a beautiful experience. The group I found myself in was great and Kullo has been a very entertaining and passionate guide. A must-do choice of you want to make your visit of the Baltic countries unforgettable!

Perfect mix of culture and nature

This tour is a perfect way to experience Latvia and Estonia. We loved our stop at the bob track - you actually get to walk on it! In general, it was a nice mixture of culture and nature. Would definitely recommend! Our guide Kullo was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic - we felt his love for the region! He went above and beyond to make the tour comfy and unforgettable for everyone.

A fair and reputable company

A truly reputable travel company that I highly recommend. Booked tour before Covid, processed a full refund. Booked 6 years later, advised tour hadn’t reached minimum four yet. Advised to wait as good chance someone else would book(we were 3). Didn’t take deposit yet, came closer to date and I advised happy to pay for four to guarantee tour. Nobody else booked, paid for four and had a fantastic private tour. One of the few companies I’ve experienced that actually puts the client first. Communication was excellent. I recommend booking directly with them.

Great way to travel

This tour changes the concept of a travel day. It has everything from bobslee track (so much more interesting than one could imagine), nature, old towns and castles. The lunch stop at the brewery was very nice. Our guide Kullo told us a lot about nature and the history of both Latvia and Estonia. This is the best way to travel between Riga and Tallinn

Wonderful PRIVATE Riga-Parnu-Tallinn Sightseeing Experience

Private not the Bus: Riga-Parnu-Tallinn Sightseeing was fabulous. I highly recommend making this a private tour to enable flexibility. My guide, Kullo and I were able to take the time we wanted to see the sights. Parnu was fabulous, not many tourists from outside of the Baltics visit, but I highly recommend! Kullo was great! He was on time, kind, and provided just the right information about Estonia - sometimes guides can be info overload - I felt Kullo provided me with a fabulous dose of history and cultural facts during our day long trek!

Best way to get between Riga and Tallin

I had an excellent day traveling from Riga to Tallin with Kullo. We got to see so many things that I would have missed if I took a train or direct bus. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to see some of the beautiful countryside in Latvia and Estonia and get a deeper insight into each country.

A must when doing a trip in the Baltic!

This tour is actually one of the highlight of our Baltic tour. You got to see the countryside of the two countries. The sights are amazing! Our favorite is the Bog! I never seen something like that before. It looks like a setting of a fairy tale! We also stop at the old Bobsleigh track (where we actually saw a summer training of some athletes), the town of Cesis, Gauja National Park, and the town of Vilandji (with a bonus of trying the community swing) Also, a huge appreciation to our tour guide Kullo! He gave a lot of interesting information. He is also the one the suggested to go to the Bog even if its not part of the usual itinerary. He also tried to share a lot of things about history of the two countries!
