Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! 💙 We’re really glad to hear that you felt well supported throughout the whole process, from booking to the day of the trip, and that the comfort and space in the vehicle made a positive difference. Regarding the language and driving style, we understand your points and will reinforce this with our team, especially the importance of smooth and safe driving on mountain roads, as well as improving communication for non-Portuguese speakers. Thank you again for your trust and for highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement. We hope to welcome you again for an even better experience!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing our services for your transfers. We’re happy to hear that you had a good experience with the private transfer from Paraty to São Paulo and that the comfort of the vehicle and the flexibility of the driver made the journey more pleasant. Regarding the shared transfer, we are sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. As this is a shared service, small route adjustments or additional stops may occasionally occur depending on the logistics and other passengers’ itineraries. Even so, we always aim to keep the journey as efficient and comfortable as possible. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us continue improving our services. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in Paraty on a future visit. Kind regards, Paraty Tours Team 🚐🌊
