This was a great day out with an amazing guide, Hugo. This man knows everything about Portugal. Vehicle was comfy. We were lucky to have the tour to ourselves. I expect many companies would have cancelled but these guys didn't and the day was great. Lunch was fantastic. The two cities are great to visit and Hugo added loads more information.
Hugo was welcoming, knowledgeable, great guide! We had a wonderful time seeing the sites, eating great food and even the ride was very comfortable.
Everything was excellent. Paolo was brilliant. A good driver, very pleasant conversations, giving information about the towns we visited and about daily life in Portugal. The lunch was spectacular, especially the fish. Guimaraes and Braga are very beautiful, especially the former, and the Bom Jesus sanctuary is a must-see. (We loved its stairs with biblical scenes.) Everything was perfect and highly recommended. Very good value for money.
Tour covers a lot of ground with many historical buildings. Plenty of walking and a nice lunch in the middle.
Our guide, Paulo, was very congenial, knowledgeable and helpful. The tour of the palace in Guimaraes was worthwhile and the ancient town is beautiful. We enjoyed an excellent lunch, the other patrons were all local! Bravo old town is lovely, an amazing cathedral and of course the Sanctuary BOM Jesus do Monte with 500 steps is incredible.
