From Cancun Airport Private Transfer

Our driver Orlando was very professional, very respectful, amazing customer service and I appreciate everything and the services he provided us. He made the experience feel safe and welcoming.

Did not work out for us due to flight change. Did not find the correct driver even after calling to ask for assistance. Frustrating.

The transport to my hotel was fantastic. Trying to coordinate my previously paid for return trip is where it got interesting. I had to message the company to ask about what time I was gonna be picked up for my return trip. I was told “Uno Momento “4 1/2 hours later I was told someone would be picking me up. That’s all. Because of that I had to go find another company to take me back to the airport. I paid for a full job to be done. They only did half the work. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.

Esmeralda was great!! Our flight was late to arrive to the airport and our other airport transfer was unable to accommodate us any longer. Unittravel saved us when it mattered most!! The Cancun airport can be a little scary and intimidating due to the multiple individuals offering you rides, but you’re unsure who you can trust. I was able to book the new airport transfer and be picked up within 15 minutes.

Quick awesome experience with our driver. He had cold bottled water for us in the car. Great timing minimal waiting

Everything went smooth. From the pick up at the airport with our sign with our name on it. Bottled waters offered for free. Pick up from the hotel was great! Friendly conversation and questions answered about life in Cancun. I left my phone and it was brought back. Overall 10/10! Easy communication via telephone.

On time, excellent communication and very friendly. Will use them again next year.

The van was comfortable, great A/C, the driver was very nice. He was on-time and got us to our destination without any delays.

I was advised that I would need to pay additional for my trip as there was an error on location. I booked using the hotel address and was confirmed. There were further confirmations sent and reminders of payment coming out on a certain date. There were WhatsApp conversations with the local provider, Unittravel, advising on pick up times, what to do in the event of flight delays...etc. The payment processed. When we arrived at the airport, the driver advised that I needed to pay a additional funds for my return transfer as "I" made the error. Followed up with local company Unittravel and Viator. I was advised that it was "my fault" and that what I had paid for a return transfer was now only being applied to one way trip and I was on my own to book my own return transfer to the airport at the end of the trip. The local operator engaged in back and forth via WhatsApp and basically said either I pay extra or I am on my own. I argued the point, and they became condescending and rude. I contacted Viator via their web chat feature and were not supportive or helpful at all. Basically the same as the local operator - you are on your own. We booked a private car for the return to the airport and the cost of the one way was 50% less than the Viator rate. I feel like I was totally scammed.
