Fresh Handmade Pasta in NYC

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE ATTENDING A CHARLOTTE, NC CLASS!!!!! So...I saw a Tik Tok and Instagram video of this cooking class in Charlotte, NC. It looked interesting and I love supporting local and new/upcoming businesses. I paid for a pasta class with Chef Brittany on 07/14/2026. It was scheduled to be at a brewery. I received the confirmation email 2 days prior to the class. I showed up to the brewery-30 minutes early. I only saw a bartender. I was confused. I asked him if there was a class. He told me that there was no class scheduled that night. I asked if he was sure. He walked away to ask another person. I didn't see any signs about a cooking class. I didn't see any aprons; bowls, utensils; nothing...as if a class was ABOUT to start. The bartender came back and again, told me that there is no class scheduled and for me to request a refund. ??From the parking lot, I call the number on the receipt. No response. I attempted to call the brewery from my car-in the parking lot-hoping to get another person. Nothing. I sent a message on the website under CONTACT US and received an ignorant response. .telling me that everyone else showed up-but me and that I must have gone to a different location. I described the bartender and the parking signs outside and nearby businesses. There was a lack of professionalism from a Chariza Vasquez. No, I would not recommend attending a class through this site. I'd recommend going up to the site where they list the class 1st and just be a bystander...just to make sure it's legit. I'm still waiting on my refund. I never had the opportunity to talk to a live person. No one ever emailed me back and I had to contact my bank for a refund. I do not believe this is a true business.***update**someone from Cocusocial saw a missed call from me and called me back.??? Chariza did NOT process my refund on 07/14-even though I received an email that my money was refunded. I checked on my refund TODAY by calling my bank on 07/24/2026. Now I have to wait longer. SEARCH ELSEWHERE FOR A COOKING CLASS!!! THIS WAS A WHOLE HOT MESS!

Great :) enjoyed it a lot It felt so easy to make pasta at home and it was very delicious and light!

Lyuba was great and the pasta was amazing. I would definitely do it again. If nothing else I can’t wait to make my own pesto sauce!

AMAZING & SUPER FUN Family Handmade Pasta Experience with Chef Sandro - who is SOOOOOOO GOOD with the kids, encouraging their cooking skills and making sure they feel like they have WON in the class! Chef Sandro calls everyone "Chef" which is such a nice touch!!!! If you have time to do this, and if you want to try a fun experience in NYC, and if you LIKE Pasta, this is definitely the class for you!!!! The venue is super easy to get to - the staff everywhere has been super accommodating, and the experience itself is truly bonding!!!!! It's worth your time!!!! You do get a delicious meal out of the experience, and what better way to share this experience with your friends/family and have something to remember your trip or your day in NYC!!!! Chef Sandro is SO NICE!!!! He is polite, professional and welcoming!!!! PS Chef Sandro has a super cool Playlist while you are building your volcano of dough! 10 out of 10 STARS!!!! Thank you, Chef!!!

So much fun! Great experience, delicious recipe and great chef/teacher!! We loved learning how to make fresh pasta and pesto sauce, and then eating the results was delicious. Thank you!!
