The rain the museum and the David statue

The first part of the tour was terrible. The tour guide has no personality or and sort of interaction with the group. No one could hear her and it just didn’t work. The second half was at the gallery and the tour guid knew a lot and was animated but worked at a lightening pace and the entire group got separated. I eas disappointed

Operator response

Hello Louise, thank you for taking the time to review the tour. We’re sorry that your expectations weren’t fully met; unfortunately, shared tours sometimes don’t provide visitors with the opportunity to satisfy all their curiosity. To make up for this, there's only one thing left to do… come back and visit us again to discover more of our city’s beauties, perhaps by taking advantage of one of our private tours!
