Audio guide out of order, confusing
The palazzo vecchio is well-worth a visit but the audio guide gave a general overview and was out of order in relation to the rooms I entered. Very confusing. Kept going forward then backward and I had to backtrack to the room it was describing. Not helpful at all, which is too bad considering it was a thoughtful presentation.
Operator response
Thank you for visiting Palazzo Vecchio and sharing your feedback. the order of the rooms you explored, making you backtrack and disrupting your visit. We’re glad you found the presentation thoughtful, and we’ll share your comments with our team as we review how to make the guide easier to follow. We appreciate you helping us improve.

Unforgettable experience.
Excellent experience. Worth every penny. So much to see. Well preserved and maintained.
Viator agent waited for us and escorted us in. We were lucky to arrive early and well before actual booked time, so we managed to void mass of tourists that entered Palazzo after 11 am.
Didn't like guide via mobile phone app - lost in follow up after 10 minutes.

The Palazzo Vecchio...
The Palazzo Vecchio itself was interesting, but we were disappointed with this experience. The fast-track entry really wasn’t necessary when we visited because there were no lines or crowds. The audio tour was also difficult to follow because it didn’t match the actual layout of the palace—the tour began on a different floor than the standard entrance. Overall, we felt the experience could have been better organized. 2.5/5.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback. Visitor numbers can vary considerably, and while there happened to be no queue during your visit, reserved entry can be particularly helpful during busier periods. We’re sorry that the audio guide’s sequence did not correspond clearly with the palace layout. We appreciate you highlighting this and will review its organization to make the experience easier to follow.

Worth Doing in Florence
Palazzo Vecchio is impressive from the outside, but seeing the interior is what really makes the visit worthwhile. The fast entry saved time, and the audio guide helped explain details I would have otherwise missed.

Don't bother with this tour!
We were given a scan to log into audio on our phones. We would have brought ear buds had we known we were using our own devices. There was no clear start or when to change rooms. Additionally the audio kept cutting out. After 10 minutes we stopped using it completely. A complete waste of money.

Easy and Quick
This skip the line ticket and audio guide was perfect. We met a Viator representative just out side the museum who got us our tickets and showed us how to work the audio guide. It was easy and quick!

Viator not worth it
We paid extra to meet with a viator rep, and all we got was a link to an English language YouTube video. Save the 8€ per person and secure direct tickets.
Operator response
To clarify, the €8 fee is not for the Cathedral entrance ticket, as entry to Florence Cathedral is free. The service booked includes assistance from our host at the meeting point and access to the digital audio-guide content.
We clearly state that this experience is not a skip-the-line ticket, and all visitors must join the Cathedral queue and pass the required security checks. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the description and instructions as clear as possible.

We had booked a...
We had booked a guide in French, but in the end the guide did not speak French, so we did the tour all by ourselves.
Operator response
Nous sommes désolés pour ce malentendu. Lorsque le guide en français n’est pas disponible, la visite est proposée avec un audioguide numérique en français afin que les informations restent accessibles dans la langue réservée. Merci pour votre retour.

Beautiful palace to visit with an audio guide or a guide
The palace itself is very beautiful.
We had a little trouble finding the ticket provider. However, their tour video is not linked to the numbered information of the Palace. It is better to avoid this useless option and take the audio guide offered by the palace
Operator response
