Letizia was recommended to us by a friend. We loved the tour and appreciated her knowledge of Florentine history, art, culture, etc. The city along the left bank of the river is very charming and much less crowded. We really enjoyed our tour and learned so much about the city.

I went Friday, January 24 to Palazzo Strozzi with this guide. I'm honest it wasn't the first time, in fact whenever I need it I turn to her. She is very prepared and leads you passionately in the stories and images she tells. I would definitely recommend it.
