Amazing tour guide and wonderful experience
My Aunt and I booked this 'Florence Duomo Guided Tour with Priority Entrance' which turned out to be so much more than the title suggests as we started outside of the Duomo with the Baptistry and the Archbishop's Palace and the exterior of Santa Maria del Fiore with so much interesting and informative information. Claudio our guide is an extremely knowledgable young Florentine historian who clearly loves his subject and constantly imparted information, anecdotes and details which brought the whole tour to life inside the Cathedral going very far beyond a basic guide. We would highly recommend him, we were so lucky to have his time. Our tour could not have been bettered.

Well worth the money
The tour was well worth the money. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. We did actually skip the line and received a tour behind roped off areas that allowed for a less crowded experience. The guide provided ear pieces that ensured we heard everything clearly without being right on top of him.

Excellent tour and guide
Excellent tour with interesting details on the building and restoration of the duomo. So much information I could not have not gotten otherwise. Our guide was easy to follow, with thoughtful descriptions and insights. I'm sorry I do not remember his name because he was one of the best guides I had.

A great value tour with a terrific guide.
A really well balanced tour with insight into the features and history of the Duomo that you simply wouldn’t get without a guide. Claudio was an excellent guide with a great knowledge of the subject sprinkled with regional and local history, and a gentle humour. We were very impressed indeed, and that we could skip the long line of tourists made the whole tour a real bargain. Very well balanced and terrific value.

Informative and fascinating tour
Informative and fascinating look at a Florence landmark. Our guide Claudio was awesome-his knowledge was unmatched and his personal stories about his own baptism and up close viewing of Dante’s inferno images as a young child among others kept us all rapt. Awesome to skip the line and enter through a side door and get details about the outside and inside of the Duomo.
