The Bargello Museum is one of the most outstanding museums of Italian art and also one of the oldest buildings in Tuscany.
Take a fascinating journey into the past, as this building is rich in its history.
Explore the museum with a guide as the Bargello’s collection is truly unique primarily thanks to the extraordinary collection of sculptures. Here you can see masterpieces of Michelangelo, Donatello, Benvenuto Cellini, Verrocchio, Giambologna, Gianlorenzo Bernini and many others.
The Bargello Museum knows how to surprise, because after passing two floors dedicated to sculptures, you find yourself in a completely different place: in the halls of the wonderful collection of ceramics, the so-called majolica, or in the halls where there are collections of tapestries, textiles, silver and coins. On the top floor, you'll find a delightful collection of weapons and armor, which will make you feel as though you're transported back to the days of tournaments.

Cancelled with no notice
Booked and paid online received the tickets but when we turned up the tour was cancelled. No time to reschedule a different tour for the day
Operator response
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused you.
We tried reaching out to you prior to the tour to inform you that we had not met the minimum number of participants required to run the group. We also sent an alternative tour date to accommodate you, but unfortunately, we were unable to get a response before you arrived.
We completely understand how disappointing it is to lose a day of sightseeing, and we are reviewing our communication channels to ensure these urgent alerts reach guests more reliably in the future.

Guide did not show up
We arrived 20 minutes early and waited half an hour and the guide did not show up. Walked all the way around the bargello looking for them and didn’t find them.
