Bought tickets online as cheaper by €2 pp. €7pp. the pick up is at stand 16. Follow the bus signs at the airport. Easy to locate and terminal 1 and 3 are side by side. Simple to read timetable t all the stops, termini, aurelia, Vatican and airport. Member of staff checks ticket. Luggage stored under coach. Air con usb , charging points, clean coach. Took 35 mins to the Vatican stop. Stops are good easy to retrieve luggage. Booked ticket online for the return. Again staff at the stop to check you on. We arrived earlier at the stop and was allowed to use the previous coach no problem. Great service. Just book online, arrive 15 mins prior to bus time. Allow extra time for traffic at rush hours, unexpected incidents. People moaning about dropping at terminal three but terminal 1 is next door. We flew from terminal 1 it’s 5 mins.

Cheap way to get to your hotel in Rome vs private taxi. Less luggage lugging than the train outside international arrivals

The FCO bus to Vatican is a perfect ride of staying in the area and at Romini Termini. Our hotel was a Rosa the Piazza Risomigento which was only 5-7min walk. I recommend this bus ride. WiFi and charging plugs though wasn’t working during our ride. Price is also reasonable by the way. You don’t need to change trains to Vatican, it’s very convenient

Got pushed back to the next bus after standing 20 minutes in line, because the Viator ticket isnt timed and does not have a specific time slot. Total time in queue was 1 hour while looking at the buses next to this company - completely empty. Buy tickets on spot with other bus brands that don't have giant queues.
Dear Customer, I believe you may be referring to the wrong company because, contrary to what you mentioned, Viator tickets are timed tickets and are correctly registered in our system under the bookings list for the specific date and time. Rome airport is difficult to navigate. No information desk and no one wants to help so the directions on the ticket were unhelpful. A map that includes the airport and information about where to exit including other terminals would be helpful for those not in terminal 3. PS, neither Apple Maps or Google Maps will help you find the pickup spot.
Dear customer. It is specified on your voucher platform 16 of the bus station and there are signs on top of heads with indication of the bus station where to pick up the shuttle services. I can understand is a big airport and might confuse but if you want to complain or give suggestions you should write a mail to the company responsible for the airport called Aeroporti di Roma. We are sorry that your review affects us, honestly because what you have experinced is not depending on us.

Staying at hotel less than 15 minutes from the airport. Told to catch bus from bay 16 and when boarding was told it was the last stop (bit odd). 5 minutes into the trip and was roaring down an autobarn (now very odd). 1.5 hours later last stop reached with the hotel now 45 minute drive away. What the f? Raised this with the driver and went off an talked to the next ticket seller. He turns around and charges me again 9€ to go back to the airport where I was 1.5 hours ago. What scam 18€ for 3 hour round trip that should have been less than 15 minutes. Als says free wifi but doesn’t provide the password

Make sure you download ticket...we didn't know and had to run into a hotel across the street with wifi.. Meeting area was on time and accurate.
