This experience takes place in an elegant Studio in the heart of Rome, with attention to detail and full of atmosphere. Here, Cantiere Gastronomico doesn't just offer you a cooking lesson: it invites you to build together a path made of authentic gestures, real flavors and shared passion. We will prepare together different shapes of fresh pasta and a classic tiramisu, starting from scratch and step by step. Each movement will be an opportunity to tell a story, learn something new and create a memory to take with you. Our project was born with the idea of growing together with our guests, and is enriched by the culinary experience of our team. For us cooking is about building bonds, memory and beauty. It is more than a course : it is a moment to live and tell, together.

This was easily one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! The class was amazing, especially for the price. Two pastas that were delicious and the best tiramisu I’ve had in Rome. I went with my husband and it was the perfect date idea! It was just us and another couple so it was super intimate and fun every step of the way. If you’re looking for a cooking class in Rome, this is the one!
I had a great time learning to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu all from scratch. Seriously if you’re looking for a cooking class you can’t go wrong with this. In depth, quicker than most, and the most delicious food. Host is skilled and amazing to guide you!
Great activity, the foundation of Italy in my opinion, super well guided, we learn a lot about the ways of doing things, ways of doing things that we think we know but no!! this chef teaches you everything the Italian way and is very attentive from the main course to dessert, if you are visiting ROME go for it, eyes closed, really a must-do 👨🍳🇮🇹

A break from visiting the historical monuments of Rome for the duration of a cooking class. We appreciated the sharing with the chef who was top-notch and a plus, the class was in French Simple recipe that we will make again with pleasure. All the know-how of Italy in a single class. We enjoyed the tasting. I recommend it to you without hesitation.
