Informative and theatrical
We found the tour extremely informative, and the guide (David Rizzio) was nice and theatrical, keeping it entertaining at the same time. He also didn’t skimp on the gory details, which made it particularly interesting! Good value for money, and the group size felt about right. There was a fair bit of walking involved, which was fine for us, but could potentially be a bit much for older or less mobile people.

A flamboyant, charismatic, funny and well informed tour guide Great value for the money and length of tour with the right amount of people attending, Great atmosphere for the graveyard and the vaults. Overall a tour worth experiencing just for David the tour guide.

Just a night time community theatre not ghost/paranormal
Very very boring. While the guide was very good, bringing all the energy she can, the material she was working with was absolutely boring.

Extreme Paranormal Ghost Tour - David
David Rizzio was our tour guide. He was entertaining, humours, knowledgeable, and was a big factor on why the extreme paranormal tour was so enjoyable. I would have liked more extreme tour with potentially more characters and scares but the stories were interesting and was very good value for money. A great late night adventure if you live here or if you visit!
