Wonderful night hike up Mount Sinai!
The tour was super organized! Pickup, hike, return trip, and communication with the organizer worked perfectly. We were a nice smaller group, the pace of the hike was very well chosen, the tour guides made sure to take breaks where you could refresh yourself at small huts. The sunrise on Mount Sinai was almost unrealistically beautiful! The tour through Saint Catherine's Monastery was very interesting. Thank you very much for the extraordinary experience!

I do NOT recommend it
Very bad experience with Book Tour Egypt.
We booked an excursion from the United Kingdom to climb to the summit of Mount Sinai. Before our trip, we confirmed with the company that the excursion would take place and we trusted that everything was confirmed.
However, on the very day of the excursion, they informed us that they would not be coming to pick us up after all. This left us without any possibility of organizing an alternative in time.
The most disappointing thing is that we traveled to Sharm El Sheikh solely for the purpose of doing this excursion and climbing Mount Sinai, so we ended up wasting our time and our money in the city.
We believe that an excursion company should be responsible and notify with sufficient advance notice if it cannot fulfill a reservation, especially when customers have organized their entire trip based on that activity.
We do not recommend Book Tour Egypt due to the lack of professionalism and, above all, the way in which they managed our reservation.

Unique experience at Mount Sinai
It is a must-do. Unique experience. Well organized by the agency. We had a problem on the way back (a flat tire on the bus) and they reacted correctly.

bring food for the stray animals (cats/dogs very skinny)
It was a long excursion. We were picked up at 21.00 at the next day at 13.00 we were back at the hotel in sharm el sheikh. we started to climb at midnight. It was 5 km but it took around 3,5 till 4 hours to reach the top. The climb is not easy and not suitable for people who are not in good shape, have backproblems, leg problems, weak ankles. There is a guide who will help you and there are stops (small teahouses) The higher you go the more cold it gets. I would advise everyone to take warm clothing it is really cold. You can also rent a blanket for 4 dollar (only cash). The view with sunrise is beautiful!
Tips:
-bring food with you.
There are streetanimals dogs (very skinny) who live at mount sinai and streetcats. So i hope whoever who read this bring extra food.
-take warm clothing with you (wear a muts/ cap)
-the toilets are very dirty, bring wetwipes with you
bring cash money
wear good trainers no slippery shoes (dangerous)

Very bad experience, agency to flee, not serious
To escape....On November 6th I booked via WhatsApp a day trip to visit the monastery of St Catherine for December 15th. I contact today on December 11th the company to make sure that my reservation is properly taken into account. They tell me that they only have availability for Saturday, December 13th on the day of our arrival in Egypt and ask me the names of all the participants. information I provided them on November 6th! since then I ask them where our reservation went: no more answer, total silence. Company to flee not serious at all. Don’t leave through this travel agency so as not to ruin your holiday, I need two days before my trip to find a new serious company that will show us around Sainte-Catherine.

Beautiful and exhausting tour
It was a nice and long tour to Mt. Sinai.
The tour was well organized with a nice and informative guide.
Especially our guide who accompanied our group during the mountain tour was helpfully engaged and always approachable.
Unfortunately, there was not so much time left to visit the monastery

Excellent Service of customer support
I have used this agency several times, from the trip to Mount Sinai last year, to transfers to and from the airport and also the visit to Cairo by plane.
The agency has always shown itself organized and with an excellent Service of customer support. We all know that sometimes things go less well, but the effort and readiness of the agency, notably Asmaa, to solve the problem has been tireless and the agency deserves all our trust.
Thank you

Nice
It is not easy hike, but when you come up you forget everything. You must take with you warm clothes because you need it when you come up. You also need to bring a change of clothes with you.
